Hotel discreto ma migliorabile

La posizione vicino al centro

Colazione dolce molto misera…solo due torte. Se non ti piace il salato rimani a digiuno… Posizione buona vicino al centro ma camere un po’ rumorose a causa del tram che passa proprio sotto…

a fost relaxant, discret, cu puțin zgomot de tramvai ca pe vremuri interbelice .....

micul dejun bun; personal indiferent dar bine instruit; curățel; camera era foarte bună; baia excepțională - cadă cu bule care și funcționa (!)

wifi calitativ slab; parcarea....dacă nu ești bun șofer mai bine te lași păgubaș să intri în subsol - oricum au colțuri de metal - cu număr mic de locuri de parcare;

I would not stay again at this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Nice and friendly staff. Located in a quiet area except for the trams which make the building shake like earthquakes.

The hotel has old floors and old poor quality furniture (the wardrobe was kind of flimsy giving me the impression that it could fall apart any minute). Many walls are made from plasterboard and I could hear noises from next room ; because of noises I could hear from next room in the first evening I thought that someone was trying to enter my room … it was pretty scary) …. the door lock looked rather flimsy and unsafe . The room I stayed in had a small window, dirty walls and a mooving floor board . No cups or a glass for the water in the room although it had an electric kettle . The minibar was empty and not functioning. One of the towels in the bathroom was torn. The room was pretty warm and the duvet(quilt) was too thik for this time of the year (june).

Low quality

The room was nothing like shown in the photos. The bathrooms from the presentation had bathtubs, while ours had a shower cabin, which kept flooding on the outside, up to the sink and toilet. The toilet was equipped with facilities for disabled people and the toilet seat was broken, rotating on the outside. I notified the staff about the problem and they looked into it. They managed to fix it for a little while, but then it worsened again. Furthermore, the toilet was much too tall, therefore difficult to use. Aside from that, the trashcan was not emptied; we found it half full. The towels also had yellow spots on them. The bed itself was confortable enough, but the pillows were so stiff that we ended up sleeping without them. Overall, it felt overpriced for the actual quality.

All together not bad

My boyfriend and I stayed there for 4 days. The staff was amazing as well as the position. There was a little trouble with the parking spots, but everything was resolvable

The breakfast was very very poor quality. I was really disappointed. The room was a bit small, as expected, which wasn't that much of a problem and the view was not existing.

Cleaan,like home feeling due to Andrew the night manager.

Andew the night manager (from SriLanka) is an extraordinary human beig also exceptional in his work.I am a trained phisician and my 3 years old grand son got sick.The prompt and profesional help from Andrew made the difference.Thank you so much.I congratulate the Atrium hotel for an exceptional employee. Intelligent,kind,soft spoken,what a joy to encounter in Romania such a jam.

The street Calea Mosilor at this particular location is not nice and not clean.

Breakfast is more than a good. Our room was clean and cozy The staff is very kind and helpful. Definitely I will stay in this hotel again.

Room not very clean for 4* hotel , mirror dirty parking lot very hard to get in/out and empty stuff from breakfast

good for secure parking, fairly close to old town

big room and bathroom with some toiletries location fairly easy reach to the old town however it is on a very run down street secure parking locked underground which was great for our motorcycle staff were very friendly and willing to help
