The newly renovated rooms have AC and are very nice to stay in. The staff is mostly friendly and will try to help you out. The location is very nice with clean beaches. The restaurant below seems to have quality fresh food.

The images online are very misleading. The rooms with a beachside view are not renovated and are very dated but still look good in photos. However, these rooms have no AC, squeaky ceiling fans, loud street noise far into the evening, and far worse pillows. Despite this we paid extra to have this room. It felt very misleading. Many people including ourselves wanted to move to get out of the stiffening heat and noise. We were lucky and got moved while many where not so lucky. While most staff were helpful and very kind, we were not given the rate adjustment that we were promised to cover our stay in the rooms without a view. This left us very frustrated upon leaving the hostel.

Very friendly and nice staff. The restaurant on the ground floor is very cute and breakfast was great!

Rooms need to be updated asap! The walls were scratched and dirty. Old furniture. Definitely not a room you want to book for any celebration.

Great location on the beach front, nice views from the terrace.

Unfortunately the ceiling fan wasn't very effective so it was very hot in the room at night.

Only let down by overpriced room

location is great, staff very nice, very clean , very nice coffee and Danish. Nice clean bathroom and fresh bedding daily

no air condirioning and fan not in working order. This was the cheapest on offer booked about 6 weeks in advance but room was very basic and too expensive for a bed and a bathroom. July is very humid here and was not comfortable to sleep without aircon. I cant see any reason why they couldn't fix the fan or buy a replacement. It looked like it had been broken for years. Great location and friendly staff

Great location, friendly staff. The public areas are very charming and decorated nicely. Good bed and shower.

I would recommend booking sea view rooms. The rooms can use a renovation as well, the contrast with the look and feel compared to the public areas is big. Als the door to the rooms can be closed off but not locked.

Exceptional

All the staff is very nice and attentive. They are always there to help us and make our staying the best possible. The location is perfect, in front of the sea, and 5 min walk from a beautiful hiking with plenty of beachs in the rocks towards platja d'aro.

Great location, great breakfast, excellent coffee, very nice interior design. I would recommend it!

Rooms don't have airco, fine for the seaside rooms as the wind cools it off. The other rooms can get hot though

Very good

The location was amazing, the staff was helpful and kind, the breakfast was good and the internal room was quiet enough considering location and time of the year.

They were changing the management and some - not all - seemed a bit stressed and confused sometimes, especially during meals. The façade and the restaurant were modern but the room was a bit old and lacked maintenance. For the price, one could expect a bit more. But they compensated with good service when requested, so the overall impression is good.

Location is incredible. You can literally see the beach from the front desk. Bed pretty comfortable. Shower was big with good water pressure.

Only wish there was a common space to eat or a common fridge to store food.
