Nous avons bien été accueillis. L’appartement disposait de toutes les commodités. Merci beaucoup à Karina pour les attentions personnelles. Elle nous a arrangé, surtout pour le départ.

We booked the apartment for 8 weeks and were very pleased to be met on arrival by Karina who was really helpful and very friendly. The apartment was just as in the pictures, very clean and had everything we needed, it is in a lovely position and we enjoyed the lovely sunny terrace with great views of the sea. We had a lovely first 2 weeks and then we were quite shocked when we were told all the bars and restaurants were closing at midnight,we had heard on the English news that the virus was in Madrid but unaware it was where we were. The beach was closed the next morning and total lock down the day after. In spite of the uncertainty and all that was going on we felt as safe as we could be and the English neighbours were a great help informing us of all that was going on. We stayed in lock down for that week before we were able to get a flight home. Both Karina and Maria were brilliant in helping us sort out Taxi's as only 1 person per taxi during lock down. Maria informed us before we left that she would be giving us a refund as we were only able to stay for 3 weeks, that was totally unexpected and we were so grateful. We will definitely be re-booking as soon as this is all over if we can. Thanks Maria

Great location overlooking the pool. Positive points Nice bedrooms Large apartment Clean and tidy Nice welcome. Negative points No air con Shower needs updating New sofa would help Cooker tripped power every time it was used Overall nice area, lots to do and close to beach.

Allt bra förutom att bostaden var kall när det var kallt och blåsigt ute. Lägenheten välutrustad och området med pool var fint och kändes tryggt.

As this was our first winter long term rent in main Spain the apartment was a perfect place having the sun on the balcony for most of the day with all the amenities to be able to stay in or go out. There was all the UK channels on the TV plus a secure internet although the night's were cold at the beginning of January there was enough heaters and warm bedding for it not be a problem. Also any minor problems were quickly sorted by Karina

The property was modern, clean and well equipped and looked after, with comfy beds. A 15 min stroll into Torrevieja town centre. Karina, who managed the property, was a lovely friendly person and nothing was too much trouble for her. The only negatives for us were it would have been nice to have had water in the fridge as we arrived late on in the day and had to find a shop for this, and there was only 1 sun lounger for at least two people. We still had a lovely holiday.

Está muy bien equipada, la situación es inmejorable y el porche de entrada muy amplio y al lado de la piscina. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Muy confortable y luminosa. La piscina muy limpia y la playa fenomenal. Todo muy bien, recomiendo este apartamento.

appartement tres propre ,tres belle vue tres bien situé ,la voiture est pas necessaire ,wifi: tres bien ,tele: que des chaines espagnole(normale et anglaise(moins normale)pour un pays limitrophe dommage qu'il est pas au moins une chaine en française mais c'est un petit detail! Evitez le mois de mars(froid) car il y a que des chauffages d'appoint ce qui est tres insuffuant. La proprietaire tres gentillle est prevenante(merci)et Karina qui s'occupe de l'appartement est personne super gentille et formidable bravo a elle.

Apartment is well-presented in a clean and quiet complex very close to the beach. It was ideal being on the ground floor right next to the lovely pool so we could either sit in the shade on our terrace or out in the sun, although we only had one sun lounger. 20 minutes walk into the centre and 20 minutes in the other direction to the good supermarket. Our flight arrived late at night so our taxi driver kindly stopped at a petrol station so we could buy bottled water, milk and some food. Karina greeted us at the apartment on arrival (and when we departed). Wifi was available but slow, so a tourist map in the apartment and some info would have helped us find our feet at the start, but the tourist information office in the town is very good and it was easy to get taxis if needed. A kind resident neighbour lent us a kettle for the week, other than that, we had everything we needed. Overall very good value and enough space for 4 people. Thank you

Una estancia muy agradable. Urbanización perfecta en primera línea de playa y con piscina a pié del apartamento. Una experiencia muy aconsejable en verano y que tiene que ser estupenda también en otras épocas del año. El apartamento tal y como se describe en la web e incluso mejor.

Very happy with the accommodation and pool good facilities great value nice welcome no problems at all. Recommend to all.

Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos en primera línea de playa y con piscina en la Urbanización

Appartement très propre, et fonctionnel, propriétaire très accueillant et prévenant, très belle piscine, et structure du bâtiment très belle. proche de la mer et à proximité des magasins, pas besoin de voiture. vous pouvez le louez sans problème. encore merci à Carmen et sa famille pour leur accueil, nous avons eu presque l'impression d'arrivée dans la famille.

Alquilamos este apartamento para pasar nuestras vacaciones y ha sido una experiencia magnifica. Los propietarios son encantadores, nos explicaron donde estaban los distintos comercios de la zona y nos recomendaron sitios para comer. El piso es mucho más bonito en persona y estaba muy limpio. Es un sitio muy cómodo y está en una urbanización muy tranquila con ambiente familiar. Lo mejor: tener la piscina en la puerta y la terraza con vistas al mar, es un gustazo. La playa esta a un paso y no hace falta coger el coche para nada pues la urbanización está en una zona muy tranquila con todos los comercios y a un agradable paseo del centro. Repetiremos seguro!
