Breakfast was good, the rooms were good, and late check-out was good. We asked for a late checkout, ad they upgraded us from a family room to the Presidential Suite. This made our last day on our vacation much more agreeable, before leaving for the airport.

The drinks very not up to standards, and we could not drink some of the drinks. But we stuck to beer and wine. The pool needs much better cleaning. I pointed out to the staff that there was pop from kids in the pool, and it was not attended to. The next day, I pointed it out once more, it was still not properly addressed and cleaned. Hence, we did not use the pool.

The room and bathroom are quite spacious and comfortable. The pool is nice during hot summers in the city. The staff is very kind and was able to arrange our taxi with breakfast at the early check-out.

The AC in the room was not able to get very cool.

Great hotel in walking distance to sights, restaurants and bars. We especially enjoyed the garden and pool when it was 38 degree hot. We were highly impressed by the huge breakfast buffet - they had everything you can think off.

At the reception the check in Lady wanted to make photo copy of my bank card. (I have rejected this request) The same lady was bot even said goodbye during check out. Parking was wqy to crouded!

Good, solid, established hotel . Breakfast was excellent . Room was perhaps in need of an upgrade, but nonetheless very clean and comfortable. Bar very pleasant

Incredible gardens and pool, gourseos gallery to the garden, and very good breakfast and attention from personal. We have booked a different room from what they gave us, but it was a better category, so no big deal. A block from the Piramid and in front of a square with a lot of history.

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is very central but the hotel is nonetheless very quiet and has a nice pool and garden.

Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Hotel is immaculate and well.maintained. Staff are friendly and very helpful. It was great to see the staff working together as a team and helping each other out when needed. Cleaning staff constantly working to ensure public areas and rooms are immaculate. Very well run hotel and deserves all it's stars.

Great location, you can walk to skanderbeg sq in 15mins. The room was big and comfortable, the bed was amazing. The breakfast offers a wide range of choice. The staff is nice and friendly.

The pool is lovely but not big enough. When I was there it was taken over by large groups of children running around and diving in. People reserve sun loungers with towels super early and disappear for the morning which I think the hotel shouldn’t allow.

I booked the hotel because of the pool. However, the pool was closed due to a private business function. When I asked about this I was told it in the fine print of booking.com it said the pool could be closed without warning. They clearly knew the pool would be closed during our 2 night, 1 day stay when I made the reservation just a month ago. The hallways are dark and drab and the carpets look like they’re from the 1980s. The restaurant was US prices - our dinner was $160 while we paid $30-60 elsewhere for comparable food. The bartenders were not friendly. The bar was sticky - we played cards while waiting to go out to dinner. We have since stayed at lovely hotels in Berat and Gjirokaster.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, convenient location. Outstanding service, rooms and food. Really lovely gardens and pool. Will definitely return.

Fantastic location, near government facilities, near Blloku, great walking area, has a pool with food/drink service, great breakfast, very well maintained, free parking.

A very nice hotel, ideally located. Having travelled to Tirana many times I finally stayed at the Rogner and glad that I did. It is not as 'slick' as some of the other offerings in the same category, but it is very good in its own right and more connected to the city. Nice garden and outdoor pool, very polite and accessible staff, good air-con and wifi. Breakfast are well done with excellent coffee. I would gladly stay again.
