Prima hotel, goede prijs midden in het centrum

De ligging, schone kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Ook het ontbijt was goed met volop keuze.

De airco/climat controle kreeg de kamer niet op temperatuur daardoor erg warm/klam.

Great location, great price

Great location and staff were great

My room (307) was facing towards the street but because the hotel goes so far back when I opened my window it opened up to a local family who were closer to the street front. They were often quite loud and I felt I couldn't even open up the window in the bathroom as they might have been in view.

Très bon hotel

C'est très central en terme de localisation. L'hôtel est joli, dispose d'un ascenseur, les chambres sont propres et le personnel est attentionné. Les chambres disposent d'accessoires utiles (rasoir jetable, coton tige, peignoir..)et le lit était confortable. Mention spéciale au buffet du petit déjeuner qui est varié avec des plats européens mais aussi des spécialités vietnamiennes. Il est également possible de commander des plats (pho...) et c'est inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

Perfekte Lage, super freundliches Personal - bestens!

Die Lage ist einfach ideal, wenn man mitten im Geschehen sein möchte! Direkt im/am Old Quarter, Läden, Restaurants und die "Beet Street" sind direkt daneben bzw. innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer zwar gefühlt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Frühstück unglaublich lecker! Obwohl es quasi mitten in der belebten Umgebung ist, war von Verkehr o.Ä. Im Zimmer nichts zu hören. Trotz der kleinen Negativpunkte würden wir wieder hier buchen. :-)

Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit Balkon zum kleinen Aufpreis gebucht. Der Balkon war zwar vorhanden, aber so klein, dass nicht einmal ein Stuhl oder Tisch darauf passen würden (waren somit auch nicht vorhanden). Der Balkon bot Blick auf den "Innenhof". Die Zimmer sind unglaublich hellhörig, so wurden wir jeden Tag von anderen Gästen oder dem Reinigungspersonal geweckt. Wenn sich jemand im Gang aufhält, klingt es, als ob die Person mit im Zimmer wäre. Der Abfluss im Badezimmer roch teilweise etwas "alt" und modrig. Vom Badezimmer zum Zimmer gab es ein "Fenster" ohne Glas, welches nur durch einen kleinen Vorhang (der aber auch eher durchsichtig war) verdeckt wurde -> Privatsphäre eher nicht vorhanden ;-)

Amazing staff, super clean rooms, exceptional breakfast, very central location.

I especially liked the kindness of the staff. We really felt special every day. It was amazing after a long walk around the old quarter to come back to a fresh and clean room, with new drinking water waiting for us. The breakfast was exceptional, again with amazing service and a great variety of western and Vietnamese food! I was looking forward to waking up in the morning every day!

There is absolutely nothing I can think of.

They give you everything you need for your stay and their staff are very nice helpful . You can have a very good taste buffet breakfast very morning . The location are super convenient for you to go everywhere in Hanoi . Các nhân viên ở đây rất trẻ trung năng động , họ sẽ trả lời bạn tất cả những gì bạn cần biết trong sự chuyên nghiệp . Bạn sẽ có những buổi ăn sáng rất ngon ở đây vào những buổi sáng . Vị trí của khách sạn rất là tiện lợi cho bạn khi bạn muốn tham quan phố cổ Hà Nội mà không cần xe . Giá cả rất là hợp lý nếu không muốn nói là rẻ so với vị trí của nó .

Super freundlich

Das Personal und die Lage sind unschlagbar. Auch das Frühstück kann sich sehen lassen. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Man kann nur betonen, dass das Personal hier einen SUPER Job macht.

Leider hatten wir wohl das "schlechteste" Zimmer. Vor unserem Fenster befand sich eine Hauswand und Gitterstäbe. Es roch nach Feuchtigkeit/Schimmel, wenn das Fenster nicht geöffnet war. Es war aber kein Schimmel zu sehen! Denn sauber war es. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nicht weiter schlimm

Great location and exceptional value for money.

The hotel is a little oasis on the hectic pace of Hanoi. It is centrally located and the staff were super helpful and friendly. It is an older style building but the facilities were good and very clean.

Cosy place nestled in the city center

Very good location and the staff was very pleasant to deal with. TV had some issues but they were very proactive in solving it. Breakfast was a good spread too.

Nothing to complain but the hotel didn't have a lift, just to take note if you have luggage.

The building is old and the maintenance is full time. Water and electric on the last day were problems there was also con Nothing the staff could do about the neighbours construction so they gave my family a quick room change

Great location and wonderful hotel staff

Awesome location! Such friendly helpful staff who over and above to be helpful. Stayed three times and each time was great. They kept our luggage safe while we went away on a few trips. Highly recommend this hotel! Great breakfast buffet with lots of options. Would definitely recommend it! Good value for money.

朝食もロケーションもすばらしかった。スタッフもとても親切。安心、快適。

一日チェックアウトして、また戻ってきたとき、自分の予約についてのインフォメーションをフロントデスクがもっていなかったのに、ちょっと驚いた。また、通算5日間の滞在の間、部屋が3度変わった。良い方に変わったので、文句はなかったが。

Genial!!

La ubicación es perfecta y el personal es muy atento. El desayuno correcto. La habitación estaba limpia. Al llegar te dan un vaso de agua y piña. Puedes pagar en dongs, dólares o con tarjeta pero con 3%más (como todo Vietnam)

Nada. Repitiria seguro. De hecho volví a hanói pero no a este hotel y no me arrepentí.

Une belle découverte

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel pour nous informer et nous accommoder. Le petit déjeuner très abondant et disponible jusqu'à 10h00. Très bien situé pour visiter Hanoï. Possibilité de laisser nos bagages en sécurité à l'hôtel lors de notre visite à SaPa :-)

La chambre du côté de la rue. Elle était bruyante mais le bruit a cessé vers 10h30. Et l'hôtel à accepté de nous donner une autre chambre pour nos autres locations.

Gem of a Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

The location was ideal. The breakfast was very good. The room was very good. My second room was nice and quiet. The initial room had a bit of noise from the lift operation, however the staff happily changed my room. The staff were so friendly and cheerful, always greeting with a big smile. Reception staff were generally very good with the English language. Only a few steps away to very good restaurants. The Lake only 5 minutes walk away.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The breakfast was amazing and the hostel staff was incredible. The best hotel I've ever stayed at in terms of help and friendliness. I highly recommend this one to everyone. People always willing to help you and it's the most beautiful lobby inside. They extended one night for me directly

5 star service. Staffs (Daniel, Ray, Tony Katherine) are super friendly, watm and helpful. Very good breakfast. Excellent location in old quarters. Cafe, restaurants, shopping, street food, supermarket all within 100m. Major tourist locations are all accessible by walking.
