♥ THE APARTMENT ♥ Comfortable and bright 75sqm apartment, equipped with air conditioning. It can accommodate up to four people and is composed as follows: an entrance which leads to the sleeping and living areas; the first consisting of a large double bedroom, a smaller bedroom for one or two people, a bathroom with shower; The second consists of an open space with kitchenette and dining area, plus living room with sofa. It is possible to add a bed in the master bedroom. Both the master bedroom and the open space have a balcony. ♥ POSITION ♥ Located in a quiet area and in a strategic position, between the Lido Centro and Lido Nord stations of the Rome-Lido section (see map), reachable within 5 minutes on foot, for quick and easy connections to the center of Rome and to the main railway stations. The bus to Fiumicino airport stops near the house. ♥ IN THE SURROUNDINGS ♥ Bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and basic necessities near the house, while the large shopping area of Via delle Baleniere is 400m away. The promenade is only 1200m away and can be easily reached with a 15 minute walk. ♥ AVAILABLE TO GUESTS ♥ Free Wi-Fi, TV, books and tourist guides, games; Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer) bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, hairdryer, table and iron; Towels for the sea. Pantry provided: Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, oil, salt, etc. ♥ HOUSE RULES ♥ The stay in the apartment is limited to the number of people declared at the time of booking. Parties are not allowed. Small pets allowed by prior arrangement. You can smoke on the balcony but not inside the house. Don't light candles. Be respectful of neighbors and avoid disturbing noises, especially at night. Security deposit 150 Eu. The cleaning of dishes and kitchen materials must be carried out by the customer, otherwise a sum of Eu will be charged. 50. Check-In 3.00 pm - 9.30pm Check-Out 7.00am - 10.30am. Please advise before booking if you arrive or leave between 9.00 pm and 7.00 am. For arrivals or departures after 11.00 pm and before 7.00 am, extra charge of 50 Eu.

Schöne Tage in Ostia
Schöne Wohnung soweit alles vorhanden, leider in einem dieser Wohnblocks mit rund 60 Wohnungen die unwahrscheinlich hellhörig sind. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich als sehr schwierig, da ein solcher nicht zum Umfang der Whg. gehört. Wir waren 9Tage dort und haben ein Handtuchwechsel vermisst (je 1 Handtuch 1Duschtuch) Die Vermieter jederzeit per Wats kontaktierbar für Fragen zu Rom mit der Bahn etc. Alles in Allem soweit ok wenn man mit diesen Wohnungen ohne Ausblick leben kann. Ehepaar Weihnachten über Sylvester

Beautiful apartment close to Rome and the beach
We had a wonderful holiday in Simonettas beautiful apartment. I can recommend it for everyone who would love a holiday were you’re close to both Rome and the beach in a really nice and non-touristic neighborhood. Simonetta was the perfect host giving us really good tips about where to eat and good beaches nearby. Thanks for a very nice week :)

Well what can i say after spending a week in crazy busy sorrento simonetta's apartment was a great rest bite. Airy, clean, spacious and excellent location. The host couldnt of done anymore more for us ,recommending eateries , shops to visit, attractions to enjoy and the beach to relax . It was very hot whilst staying in Ostia but the aircon worked wonder. Thank you would recommend to family and friends without a doubt.

Loved it!! Really great place to commute to and from and very easy and close train access
Simonetta is a really amazing host. She kept in contact for a few weeks prior to our stay and made very Good recommendations and took the lead on getting us from the airport to the B&B. She made sure the taxi was there waiting for us right on time and helped us find him using messenger, as my wife and I were a bit lost at the pick up location. Although Simonettas directions were flawless.
The condo was immaculate and was very nice. The neighborhood is so nice and all ammenities are within the block that the condo is located. From pizza to cafe’s and shopping market and travel guides... the neigjborhood has it all.
And what a great way to immerse yourself into true local culture!! We lived among and interracted with the locals and made new friends! Amazing neighborhood and only one train stop away from Ostia Antica, about 30 min train to Rome and can take 45 min. This location is really perfect. Very quiet as far as traffic is concerned and away from all the chaos that many tourist can bring when you just want to reboot, relax and get ready for the next days adventures. This is an apartment and there will be some noises from neighbors, but nothing too bad.
Simonetta was available 100% of the time and on our first day she was very gracious in coming back to the apartment only moments after she left us, just to help us figure out a silly situation of locked bathroom door... we felt silly and she came all the way back and very nicely helped us.
All in all we are very pleased and didnt want to leave the neighborhood.
We really made some friends and was just a really good time.
I would suggest this location to my family and friends and do consider Simonetta a new friend as well.

We really liked the apartment!! It was very comfortable for the four of us! It was close to the metro and stores. Simonetta was very helpful. She had excellent directions on how to get to Rome! Everything worked out so well!

A lovely apartment in which to stay for a few days, in easy reach of the fabulous Ostia Antica.
The apartment was spacious and well appointed, modern and clean. there were extra touches like provision of basics such as tea and coffee, cooking oil, shampoo etc., things that are inconvenient to buy for a short stay. The information for tourists was excellent.
There were shops in easy reach and the metro station was only ten minutes walk away. Above all, Simonettta was a welcoming and helpful host, thank you Simonetta.

What a great place to spend some time close to Rome

We had a wonderful stay at Casa di Maria Rina in Ostia. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It contained everything one would require; close to a supermarket, about five minutes’ walk to Lido Nord and about a 15 minute stroll to the.beach. The area is pleasant albeit quiet. It is very well situated to hop on the train at Lido Nord and commute to Rome. It was a welcome and comfortable respite after a day's sightseeing in the hectic crowded hustle and bustle of the city. I would recommend a visit to Ostica Antica. It is fantastic! Last but not least, our hostess Simonetta, was warm and welcoming, and couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. I hope to return.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir haben die 6 Tage Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und angenehm! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock in einem für die Region typischen Wohnblock, trotzdem war es ab 11 Uhr abends wunderbar ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt, es ist kein Problem, direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz zu finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Zum Bahnhof läuft man weniger als 10 Minuten, zum Strand etwa 15 Minuten. Um nach Rom zu fahren, empfiehlt sich in jedem Fall der Zug (kostet nur 1,50€), man ist in 30 Minuten im Zentrum....
Simonetta ist eine sehr liebenswürdige Gastgeberin, sie hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben und war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Rom auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen wollen. Vielen Dank!!!

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, äußerst hilfsbereite herzliche Gastgeberin, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung besticht durch Sauberkeit, Geräumigkeit, hohe Decken, 2 Balkone, geschmackvolles Mobiliar. Auch im Bad hochwertige Ausstattung, Dusche funktioniert bestens, ist geräumig. Für unser Kind lagen Stofftiere, Puzzles und Sandspielzeug bereit, sogar zwei Strandbadetücher waren drapiert. Auch ein Klappbett hätte man ohne Aufpreis nutzen können. In der Küche findet man alles an Ausstattung was man sich vorstellen kann, zum Verbrauch auch Espressopulver, Essig, Öl, reiche Auswahl an Tees und Keksen. Wer darauf Wert legt kann deutsche Fernsehsender empfangen.
Betten bequem, sogar "deutsche" Bettdecken mit Bezug ohne das in Italien sonst übliche herumflattende Lakengewirr. Schlafen kann man ungestört, keinerlei Verkehrslärm, da Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof gehen, nur abends hört man die Konversation der Nachbarn durch die in Italien übliche Hellhörigkeit der Bauweise. Lage ideal für Tagesausflüge nach Rom. Für 1.50 kommt man ins Zentrum in ca 45 min. Den Strand konnten wir wegen des Regenwetters leider nicht erkunden. Das Wohnviertel sympathisch mit kleinen Läden und einer Bar für Einheimische. Simoneta bereitete uns einen herzlichen Empfang, versuchte auf alle unsere Fragen einen Antwort bzw einen Link auf dem Smartphone zu finden. Selten haben wir uns in einer Unterkunft so willkommen und wohl gefühlt.
Parkplatz ohne Problem zu finden, bei Regen allerdings schnell überschwemmt.
Schade, das wir für Ostia nur 2 Tage eingeplant haben. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir bestimmt länger!

Excellent séjour à Lido di Ostia
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Lido di Ostia. L'appartement est tout confort avec la climatisation. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Il est au 2 ieme étage avec ascenseur. Simonetta et sa fille sont très gentilles et arrangeantes. Merci pour les peluches et les jeux mis à disposition pour les enfants. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente comme à la maison. Simonetta est pleine de bons conseils. Merci pour le livret d'acceuil où tout est indiqué pour démarrer notre séjour (supérette, pizzeria, pharmacie, arrêt de bus, plages...). Il est possible de se garer gratuitement à proximité de l'appartement. Pour les plages, elles sont accessibles en transport en commun. On peut également y aller à pied en 20 min ( y compris pour une plage gratuite). La plus jolie plage gratuite est pour nous en sortie d'ostia ( cancello) et est accessible en voiture ou en bus. Pour visiter Rome, c'est facile en prenant votre voiture ou en transport en commun pour un prix modique (1,5€ l'aller). Pensez également à visiter le site romain d'Ostia Antica qui est à 10 min à peine. L'appartement est donc très bien situé. Merci pour tout Simonetta. Au plaisir de vous revoir pour de prochaines vacances à Rome.

superbe appartement tout confort
Un très bel appartement joliment décoré avec beaucoup de rangements et très bien équipé. Une propriétaire très sympathique, serviable et arrangeante pour les horaires. Elles est plein de bons conseils pour visiter, manger, dépanner. Quartier calme avec des commerces. Plages gratuites à 1.8 km, nous y avons été a pied ... petite glace sur le trajet . Merci Simonetta pour tous ces beaux souvenirs qu' on a maintenant !

Modern, spacious, clean, bright, comfortable home away from home!
We give this property a 12/10 for comfort, amenities, cleanliness, location, safety, decor and owner friendliness. We give our host a 20/10 for communication, helpfulness and accommodation. Our host was wonderfully gracious and met our every need. She even delivered beach towels and a few other supplies, just a few hours after our arrival when we discovered they were absent. We were treated to a binder overflowing with helpful information on the property, neighbourhood, local attractions and restaurants. The air conditioned apartment in Ostia was wonderfully located, close to Rome and Vatican City by train and walking distance to the Mediterranean Sea. Also within walking distance were good shoppes, grocery stores and lots of places to eat. The kitchen was fully loaded with modern appliances and beautiful dishes but we ate out very close by for our delicious meals. There were 2 balconies; one off the kitchen and one off the master bedroom. The apartment on the second floor (with lifts) was situated in a quiet complex and safe neighbourhood. The 2 spacious bedrooms were tastefully decorated with lots of storage space and extremely comfortable beds. The beautifully decorated bathroom was spacious with a large shower and washing machine. A very nice feature was that all windows had black out inserts with electrical open/close switches. I would recommend this property for couples, families and friends. I would be honoured if our host would consider letting us stay at her property again when we return to Italia. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home away from our home.

Tha apartment is spacious, clean, calm, completely furnished, tenderly decorated, Simonetta and her talented daughter Cristina made it we lot of love.
Tha apartment is very Central, many supermarkets, Carrefour open 24h/24 e 7days/7, 5mn on walk
Train, Bus, to ostia antica, Roma… 5mn on foot
I reach the free beach in 15mn with slow steps.
I spend many times inside the apartment with the new air conditioner, big screen TV to appreciate more than 60 channels, taking drinks in one of the 2balconys overlooking a small quiet garden or quiet courtyard.
I appreciate the extinguisher, lamp provided light if no electricity, and necessary for breakfast for many days.
I suggest VIA DEL BALINIERE for shopping, and don’t miss the market on Monday and Wednesday.

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca non c'è molto segnale per una buona connessione La posizione è buona. Grazie ancora siamo state benissimo
