not great, pic are taken at the night, during the day hotel looks different.
the views are great but the clearness is very very bad.
everything is dirty specially around the pool, they would need a jet wash to clean the tiles and the sun beds, everything needs a proper clean.
the room is terribly old, shower is mouldy and toilet has brown stains around.

The Hotel has very beautiful views
The food is fresh and tasty
The staff is trying hard to please customers
Spa/ massage experience was good
The Hotel location is far from everything especially Bodrum town, basically if you don't have access to a car you stuck.
The cleanliness of the whole place is shocking, the main Pool area is disgusting, lobby is dirty, I don't believe they filter or clean the Pool water, housekeeping team is absolutely useless, the whole Hotel is just run down it needs urgently a deep clean, and maintenance.
We stayed 6 days at Family room number 2114 the shower is not functioning we had to go daily to the Hamam (Turkish bath) in order to take a shower!
The animation program (only on weekends) is horrible and it's all in Turkish, in the daytime there is music on the main Pool area but the DJ keeps on playing day in day out same songs over and over which gets annoying after a while.
The private beach is reachable by free shuttle (every hour) but never seen I such a dirty beach in Turkey before! I was literally hard broken seen rubbish everywhere 😓 it's so sad why people have to leave their rubbish behind and dirty nature.
Before we went I read all the reviews about this Hotel and believed people just overreacting but "no they not" the hotel is not in a standard of a 4 star Hotel. It has the potential of been a fantastic Hotel as the views are breathtaking really beautiful, and the food is good and tasty but it lacks massively on cleanliness within the premises.
So in overall we make the best out of our 6 days stay but I wouldn't recommend it nor would we return to this Hotel.

The food was good.
Language barrier has always been an issue there. For a 4 star resort, it was weird that there was no house keeping. For 5 days, no one came to clean the rooms, change bed sheets. We also had to ask for towels, otherwise they would not bring in new ones.

Absolutely nothing.
I would give a zero rating if I could. The rooms are filthy, the food is horrible and the location is out of no where and the whole atmosphere is depressing. Basically it is wrongly rated and definitely not a 4* hotel.

Food was ok
Never would I go there again , the beach is black and dirty I don’t even wanna talk about The hotel is the worse I have been in life

They had good watermelon and the food was always freshly cooked.
Absolutely False advertising, on pictures it may seem as if it is on beach front, but looks may be deceiving. the beach is full of litter and the water isn’t even clear on that beach. the staff don’t speak English only Turkish.

Nothing.
We only liked the moment we checked out.
(We meant to stay there for 6 nights but couldn’t stand it after the first 2 days). Luckily the hotel manager agreed with our complaints (the facts!) I wrote below so didn’t charge us for the days we didn’t stay. )
If you think this hotel looks good in the pictures, has an OK review rate (6.4 now), and has 4 stars and you moved to read the reviews… Please stay away. I did the same, ignored the bad reviews and ended up looking for a new hotel. Let me tell you why:
1. Location: It’s not as advertised on booking.com or other travel pages. In the description it says that “It’s only a few steps away from the Aegean sea”. In some websites, it says “it’s RIGHT by the sea”. The pictures with the infinity pool is very decisive. The sea looks closer but… Well, it is NOT. The hotel is located at the top of a hill.
You need to take a shuttle (takes ~10mins) to get to the sea. Shuttle hours are not precise. You’re lucky if you find one… (e.g. We had to wait under the hot sun for 30 mins even though we went there on time)
2. Beach: After the “lovely” shuttle drive, you get to the “beach” that doesn’t have any sand. Their facility is NOT well maintained at all. While you’re at the beach, you’re only allowed to eat 1 thing (either spring rolls or burger. Read the food section below for more info) in this ALL inclusive hotel.
3. Food: The omelette tasted like it was cooked with industrial oil. The soup they offer is “instant soup”! Yes, the staff confirmed it too… You deserve a medal if you can even eat the meat dishes.Yuck. Don’t know how they managed to ruin the beautiful Turkish cuisine, which is the only cuisine they offer btw.
4 Drinks: Okey, let me tell you this: every table had loads of plastic cups full of with “drinks”. Yes, everyone took a drink and stopped drinking after the first sip. Guess why? The drinks are horrible. They taste like s…t. Tea and coffee were inedible let alone alcoholic drinks. I asked for a G&T and got a flat sprite which was opened a few days ago… Wine and beer? A BIG disappointment. We could only drink water. (We bought some beer from a market and got there by taxi. There js no shops, restaurants, markets in the walking distance)

The pool view the room view were amazing. Generally the view is great. Food is great when you think about the price you pay. Beer is efes so that is a plus. Bar and restaurant staff are nice.
The room was not cleaned next day. I thought we get a fresh room towel and sheet everyday. The staff is very nice however their English level is very very very low. At the pool bar the glass was a joke. They serve in a one use soft plastic cups. Night entertainment was not there. Only they ask you to go to club with them. The hotel has a zoo but it's a sad place ): ducks have very limited place. I hope they remove that place.

Although there was a language barrier staff were extremely friendly, helpful and staff that could speak English were always available. There is a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset from the hotel. Both pools were cleaned daily and well managed. There was a great variety of food available in every meal. The rooms were cleaned daily and the soap and shampoo also replaced. The one thing that really stood out was the staff, the waiters and bartenders were extremely friendly and helpful, the receptionists were also really helpful assisting us with printing out, calling taxis daily for us and organising an airport transfer. The manager was also a great guy, well mannered, helpful and was there whenever we needed anything. Perfect for families. Would definitely love to visit again if I could.
Nothing really hotel just needs a bit of renovation.

The only thing I like was the staff and the position of the resort ... that's all .....
* The worst rooms I ever see in my life .... 1 star maximum ......
* Poor food and not tasty .... no various dishes ..... every day same things ......
* Dirty hotel overall .... they change towels one time per 2 days ..... we was 3 in a family room and they give us 2 towels for two days :((
* If you depend tot the all inclusive and resort it is sure NO to the next trips ..... we stay there only to sleep and during the day we travel around the places
* The private beach is 10 min with bus by hotel and the conditions are aufull .... dirty .... much mud instead of grass ..... only beach with rocks ..... no sand at all ....
