Bestens und Granada zu erkunden

Die Lage ist perfekt um Granada zu erkunden. Das Apartment ist riesig. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Bedingt durch die Größe und den Steinboden war die Wohnung recht kühl (März). Allerdings ist das im Sommer vermutlich eher ein Vorteil. Und es war auch eine Heizung vorhanden.

Excellent apartment and location

Excellent apartment, just in the middle of the downtown. Love it, I wish I'd stay longer. There are other apartments here, all operated from the main desk office. Very easy to find. I will stay here in the future.

One of my favourite city breaks - highly recommended.

Perfect setting - great neighbourhood, cobbled streets, lots of restaurants, shops, bars etc on your doorstep but you could hear a pin drop in your room and there was a peaceful walled garden in the property if you wanted to “chill”. Staff very pleasant too👍. ,

had a kitchenette. The location was great as the staff, who gave us a good tips on what to see around.

It was freezing and the heat only warmed up the upper floor, good to know if you travel in the winter as we did. Did imagine little better apparent after the pictures, but we might have been unlucky with the ground floor.

Very spacious and quite well appointed. Very quiet.

The property is starting to look a bit tired now. We stayed here a few years ago and nothing has been updated and the age is starting to show. Staff were practically none existent (although contactable on WhatsApp) and we saw no one else during our stay. Perhaps not suitable if you want more interaction or help from staff.

Shattered expectations.

Nothing. We were totally underwhelmed by the gloomy and in our opinion not properly cleaned apartment, which - again in our opinion - did not resemble the nice photos of the apartments we had seen on Booking.com. The friendly staff could not offer us another apartment as everything was fully booked, so we arranged for another place to stay and left after an hour or so. No refund was offered. Needless to say we were disappointed, especially given the very positive recommendations on Booking.com and the nice photos of the suites. In all fairness, the management company did offer us a free stay another time, but as it is unlikely we will be back in Granada in the foreseeable future that is kind of a meaningless gesture. All in all this was a situation where our expectations might have been off or wrong, but definitely did not match the apartment as we experienced it.

No AC in one bedroom - not acceptable

Air conditioning good in central area. Bathroom good. Clean. Nice furniture

No AC in back bedroom. Made for very uncomfortable nights. Complained to agent. Said a person would come that night or next day. No one came. Agent admitted they already knew there was a problem with the vent in the back room. SO WHY WAS IT NOT FIXED?? Minor but annoying - not provided enough toilet paper.

We loved it! This will be my go to place in Granada.

Loved it! So much space for a family of 5. everything in the flat was new, well taken care off and very comfortable. very clean. Its a great location too, in the centre, but very quiet. This will be my go to place in Granada.

Good location for a clean, quiet stay in Granada Center

Great option for the center of Granada, with a quiet room along Elvira. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was nice, even though we only ate breakfast there. Everything was clean and the check-in was easy. After that, it was an independent stay.

We Were Disappointed

The staff member who checked us in was very kind and he gave us good advice on restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The bottle of wine was a nice touch.

We had booked for 4 nights and the conditions of our booking were non-refundable. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night as we were uncomfortable because it was cold. The ceilings are high with large windows and in the kitchen, there are gaps in the windows that let in cold air. The bedroom was warmer than the rest of the apartment but when we sat in the living room, we kept our jackets on. We called the next morning and offered to move to a smaller room that was perhaps easier to heat but we were told that it would likely be chilly also. The apartment is nicely furnished, spacious and in warmer weather it is probably a fine place to stay. We moved to another hotel near the Cathedral and preferred that location.

Yhere is so much potential and much more can be done with a bit of attention.

The location was nice and the apartment was spacious.

The amenities were basic. Several items published on the website, like the coffee maker, missing. Toiletries were negligible and we had to buy our own hand soap and other items.
