Calm and clean.
- I would recommend checking in with the owner's presence (and taking pictures if needed) because we were charged extra money for missing towels that were not provided from day 1 (their word against ours).
- But when our parasol went missing (inside the facility), no actions were taken by the staff...
- Hard mattress.
- Unable to play tennis (damaged rackets).

My room was spacious with a big balcony which was great for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. Nice and quiet in the evenings but just a short 5 min drive to the stunning beaches nearby. Loved the gardens with hammocks and pool for relaxing! Super helpful host shared lots of great tips of where to eat and drink!
The beach is a bit far to walk so would definitely recommend your own transport!

Nothing. The property is like a beach shack, where you may go just during the day to have a shower after the day at the beach. Property is absolutely un down with door handles coming out.
Though i checked-in during the check-in hours, there was no one at the property. The frotn door to the property was shut and door bell did not work. I had to wait for at least 30 minutes before one of the other visitor let me in.
I wonder why Booking.com has even listed this property on their portal. I was charged 100 Euros per night. don't think it is even worth 10 Euro/night. Worst experience ever.

Good for the young ones, the outdoor area was good. Photos are not current. A very small shared kitchen for staff and guests.
Booked 6 nights, stayed 5.. Orthopaedic surgeon required.

Amazing location, clean room, facilities in great condition, friendly staff and very helpful. Costa caprica Coastline is very close too. Lots of things to do.

It is a lovely place, close to the beaches and amenities. The bedroom has a large balcony with a pool view. If you're after a tranquillity time I would suggest going in the low season.

Not easy to get to without a car, you need to take a taxi or ferry and bus.

The garden (trees, flowers), hammocks, pool are perfect. There is only calm and peace. Although all the rooms were full, we only heard bird sounds. Thank you Gustavo:)
Location is far from the sea. If you do not have a car it can be hard. The market is 5 minutes away by walking. The restaurants are 20 minutes away by walking.. So walking is very healthy:)

Mattress were really uncomfortable
1 minute after booking we called to report an error but staff wasn’t available to help.

The grounds were beautiful and well kept.
There were various and miscellaneous dishes and pots and pans. BUT no silverware
There were two beds, which we needed and booked but only bedding for one.
We ran out of toilet paper and had to purchase Kleenex
As we attempted to phone the host but no answer.

Location was great, the pool area was fab. Had a tennis court which was fun. Our room had the main things we needed.
Had to wait for like 3 days for clean towels. Toilet paper wasn’t replenished for our check in so literally had to steal some from a beach bar as I didn’t meet the owner til 3days later. Plates and glasses were dirty, same with the mirror in the room. Owner was nice though, could be bit more hands on though. Perhaps we just got in at an awkward/busy time.

Very calm, nice swimming pool where you didn’t have any wind, beautiful garden and really good price for what you get
We did not have a car and that made it more difficult, the location is quite far away from everything and you really need to get ubers every time you want to go somewhere

A warm welcome
Camp is not easy to find, no sign. For WiFi access you have extra to request, than you get some technical equipment, which doesn’t work for me. Nobody was present due the day to fix or help.
The few equipment was partially damaged (like the only one small pot) and the furnishing / quality looks / were from the eighties.

It is a lovely place and Gustavo is an amazing host. Everything was very clean, peaceful and Gustavo was always very helpful and friendly. The location is also perfect as it is a quiet place and close to the main beaches.
