Lokacija je izuzetna, sve je doslovce u krugu od stotinjak metara :-) , osoblje recepcije i konobar u caffeu u prizemlju su bili nevjerojatni, ne samo poslovno, već sa ljudskim osmijehom, pričom, susretljivošću i uslugom. Ovaj hotel je moj izbor za svaki slijedeći dolazak u BL !

Zbog Uskrsa mnogo je toga u hotelu bilo reducirano, ali su djelatnici nastojali da se to ne primijeti

Location super central within easy reach of the fortress Kastel and the river Vrbas, parks. Many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity as is the post office, banks, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable and bathroom compact but nice and has even a built-in bidet faucet in the wc.

The smell in the lobby. It smells of drains or sewage. The water is warm at best not warm enough for a shower and definitely not hot enough to kill bacteria. There is no safe in the room. It's a key not a key card. Noise from the traffic and a lot of noise from the nightclub. The breakfast is less than average. There is no non smoking area. The room smelled of smoke even though we requested a non smoking room. It is definitely not of 4 star standard it's more of a restaurant with rooms above it. Not a hotel. Would not recommend a stay here there are a lot better hotels to choose from in the area.

Best hotel to stay at because of the location and the facilities.

The location is excellent, in the centre, rooms are okay, wifi works, staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is very limited, the cleaning service is really bad, we found an ashtray full of cigarette buts on the floor by the radiator (so it was uncleaned from the previous guests). The cleaning team would come everyday, replaced towels and soaps but never touched or cleaned the room or made the beds.

excellent location. staff was very kind and helpful. the room and the bathroom were sparkling clean and breakfast included was very good. convenient parking in the garage.

the shower was very small. bathroom supplies very limited. only had a shower gel. bed squeaky. all in all the hotel was very good, but to my judgment it was not a 4 star hotel. perhaps 3.5.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, with big rooms and free private parking. The hotel is populated with Zepter air cleaner appliances on every room and every lobby. Very good breakfast with a lot of dishes from which you can choose.

The bathroom is quite small and the furniture and all the facilities are quite old.
