Will not return to any Nightcap accomodation

Room was clean, neat and exactly what I ordered and expected.

Check in took 45 minutes. couldn’t check in without physical ID card and credit card. I travel constantly for work and no other hotel requires this anymore. I’m comparison you can get on an aeroplane without carrying hard copies of these things. In fairness it was stated in ONE of the 6 emails I received prior to the stay that I must have hard copy of photo ID (not the bank card though). And no I didn’t read them all. Also one of very few hotels that still take a $100 deposit despite already having credit card information. Will probably avoid NightCaps outdated accomodation policies from now on, simply for the inconvenience.

Thin walls

It's always clean, and tidy with a fantastic location

Book for 4 people 3 towels, ( lucky I let one child off the hook from having a shower) The walls are super thin the room next door had a child who was SCREAMING from about 2.15am to 3am, we got child screaming doors slamming and parent screaming at the child too, at 6.30am they were awake for the day no more rest for us, I would consider spreading guests out in future so we don't hear each other

Exceptional

The convenience of everything we needed for a nights stay all in one place. The food was brilliant, the staff super friendly they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Room was very clean and the bed very comfy. Loved being able to access our own streaming services on the tv as well, was almost like we were still in the comfort of our own home.

Good place

The room was big and comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a kettle, tea and coffee. The beds are comfortable. Parking was right next to the room, which is very convenient.

It was very noisy outside from the kitchen refrigerators and air conditioners. there was no soundproofing, so the room was noisy.

Quite a good stay

Location and convenience (including proximity to bus stop/mall).

Housekeeping can be improved, as our room was not properly cleaned/made up the last couple of days of our trip.

Great hotel and will use again

It was a good location, close to Chadstone Shopping Centre. Staff were helpful and friendly and responded quickly when asked for help. The restaurant was good, and food was nice.

Could not get the television to work with the internet so unable to use Netflix. Not a big issue for us as we were only staying one night.

Nice room, helpful staff, easy taxi ride to visit hospital, good bistro food

We were an easy taxi trip from the hospital. I particularly liked the multiple powerpoints and USB-A charging points that were conveniently located, both by the beds and under the TV area. The staff were helpful. The beds were comfortable, there were reading lights and the bathroom was modern. We liked being able to just walk over to the bistro for dinner and they gave us a discount, because we had a room booked. The bistro food was excellent and we would eat there again, even if we weren't staying the night. I liked getting the hotel information sent to my phone. I liked that there was a table for putting coffee cups and food on and chairs for all three of us. We were able to buy breakfast packs from reception, so that we didn't have to go searching in the morning in an unfamiliar area.

The bistro food took a long time to come (but the food itself was great). Reception is closed in the morning, so there is nowhere warm to wait for a taxi to the hospital.
