mosquitoes and the partying going on at the other resort struggled to sleep

Only one concern with room - travelling with 2 year old who could reach front door handle. There was no 'flip over catch' so it was a little concerning during night. But its an easy fix for what otherwise was a great room. Meals at Pub excellent and all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Yes we would return.

couldn’t eat at restaurant as they didn’t have food for dinner service, staying at this location for us was so we didn’t have to venture far for dinner but then had to anyway so was disappointed

The location was great! It was also very handy having a bar and restaurant on-site.

Close to Airport. Meals in Restaurant were delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed.

Room was comfortable & clean with lake views from the back. Meals from the Bistro at the hotel were very good.

3 people knocking on our door through the night, one at around 3am! And another knocking loudly & for some time 2 or 3 rooms away.

The rooms were clean and neat and modern. We got a free drinks card which was also nice.

The shower door didn't open fully because the toilet was in the way. There was no pool accessible and we didn't realize when booking that it was attached to a pub. We had neighbours making a lot of noise late at night and early in the morning as well.

Very Very Bad experience overwhelmed any positive.

Smash and grab burglary of my car by the junkie and associates in the room next door who IMO likely of carry weapons was high. NOISE BANGING Music and langauge so bad, fear to go to sleep or go outside. Exiting in the morning to find the mess and told Police had taked him away. Worse experence ever and I have travel around the world. The damage and problem caused go way beyond these words and no interest or help by anyone, I would pay money to avoid and it seems they welcome jail revolvers

The geographical location of this property was great. The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable beds with a nice warm doona.

The bathroom was problematic. I couldn’t open the door of the shower beyond half way as it hit the toilet. it was a very poor layout. The shower base was tiled and slippery so in my effort to get into the shower through the gap I was concerned I’d slip. I am not sure of other bathrooms were laid out this way but for those with mobility restrictions or who are larger I’d check the bathroom layout before accepting the room

Staff were rude Check in was closed as I arrived 1 minutes past closing took.me ages to get hold of someone then was aloud to stay with the I'd provided but was not aloud in the hotel bit due to gaming machines. Not even aloud in the door so had no food or drink the entire night and it was disgusting behaviour Booking .com were impossible to get hold of and I actually left and got a room else where through another company

I've stayed here a few times. Always good. Hotel staff are exceptionally friendly. The second night was particularly busy, and I was told the wait time for dinner was 90 minutes. I was in no hurry so I decided to wait. Dinner arrived in 1 hour, so that was fine. I did notice a couple of patrons weren't too happy with the wait, but if you've been told it's going to be long, I think it's fair to say you can't complain. There are plenty of food options nearby. The staff were run off their feet, but remained friendly and obviously were doing their best. It was unusual, I've stayed here a few times and haven't seen it that busy before. Kudos to the staff for remaining calm, and the food was good, as always.
