Bathroom too small and not private if sharing room with a colleague.

Great location, bed was really comfortable and also had a TV in the bedroom as well as downstairs. but the staff were the best thing. Zion and Rochelle we just fantastic and made us feel really welcome.
The booking through booking.com was not clear that we were not booking a pool room so we were disappointed when we had one facing the 7/11. but that was no fault of the property and Zion did try his best to see if we could move rooms but given it was so busy it was not an option it applicator them trying.

Location was excellent, close to everything in Busselton - the beach, the jetty, restaurants and cafe's and fast food outlets.
having a kitchen , dining area and lounge area was great.
the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with very steep and narrow stairs

The location was great, the bed was big and extra comfy, the complimentary drinks and discounted meals at the bar/restaurant was a really nice surprise, and the gentleman who checked us in was really professional and friendly.
The wifi was a little weak for some of my work programs but I was able to sit by the pool and in the restaurant to get around it.

Staff were excellent and Zion was a stand out. Please tell him he’s doing an excellent job.
Bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

The bed super comfy and aircon excellent. The room was clean and tidy and was very quiet considering it was next to the pub.

THe bed was very comfortable & the location was great for walking into town
We were there for 6 nights and NETFLIX was down & because it was over Xmas period they said it would not be fixed during our stay. Also on our 3rd day we had no hot water in the morning so had cold showers. We told reception once they opened at 11:00am. They did get a plumber & electrician in who replaced the hot water cylinder. We were not offered any compensation for no NETFLIX or having cold showers, not even a couple of drinks at the bar. Also the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen in a Motel. My knees touched the vanity when sitting on the toilet.

clean and large suites, a bit tricky to find reception and access but once I found it, was ok.
as above.

Very comfortable bed and lounge room furniture. My room faced a road and fuel station but the solid doors and thick blackout curtains cut out all traffic and I had a sound sleep. Nice clean and basic kitchen facilities. The beach towels provided were appreciated.
The bathroom sink is very close to the toilet. As a tall person, I found it quite uncomfortable to have the sink hit my knees.

The convenience and close proximity to the main roads. Having the pub available for meals was great and the food and staff at the pub was great.
The steepness of the stairs and a very tight bathroom.
