We had no experience of staying at this hotel. And most likely it is very good!

Very strange place and very strange hotel staff. We booked our stay here 6 months in advance. As a result, we arrived at the hotel, but no one was waiting for us here. We were told that we ourselves are to blame, as it was not necessary to book for such a long period. Sorry but we have been traveling Bali for 2 months and have stayed at 10 different locations on the island. And in other hotels they always waited for us, met us with joy, gave feedback to booking.com, helped with transfers and excursions. But we were not welcome at this hotel. There were 5 of us with a lot of luggage. And we had to urgently look for another hotel in Jimbaran. We do not recommend contacting this hotel. Cherry on the cake - the owner told us: "I have no time, I have tickets for football!"

Nothing, staff were very rude

When I got here, the main lady said "We're full, find somewhere else". I showed them that I had booked a room here on the day specified, wasn't late, but she didn't seem to care, she just said "what can I do?". Was very annoying as I had just arrived from the airport, then had to find new accommodation that could take me. I thought it was really unprofessional and probably the worst customer service I've experienced in south east asia.

The homestay is cheap and easy. For the price its really comfortable and the breakfast ist really good. Its only 300m to the beach. The staff ist super friendly and will helps you have any needs. Stayed there for three times between our three week Trip in Bali, Lombok and nusa penida.

I had a hard time sleeping because of the barking and bed bugs.

The staff! The host Budi and his family are wonderful people! Very welcoming, cheerful and nice. Budi also cooks very well! The place has a great location: 5 minutes away on foot from the beach of Kedonganan (the neighborhood) and 10 minutes from the seafood market of Kedonganan and even 10-15 minutes on a bike to the airport.

Got no complaints. =)
