The property had great views across the lake and was well laid out with 3 pools to choose from.
The bar staff seemed reluctant to serve drinks and were generally not very helpful. Hard to get into town or down to the lake if you didn’t want to drive.

Location and view from the room.
Food was very poor, the hotel is very dated.

The view was amazing and the staff was kind.
It's only possible to book with 3 meals but we could simply not eat there... On the first night we received dirty glasses with one of them even lipstick on it (which then they changed but to the wrong drink...). The next morning the breakfast was really poor as well, with rather dirty juice and coffee machine and flies flying all over the eggs. The bread we chose was dry. After this we just gave up. The rooms could have also denifitely been cleaner, there was a thick layer of dust in the toilet and TV table.
The matresses were probably old as the springs were way too soft and I had some back pain after the first night already... We are so sorry but this is not a 4 star standard.

the property had great views and was well maintained. it is very difficult to find even with instructions provided by hotel
AC was turned off. if the door was opened you had a room full of flies and bugs. keeping the door closed meant very hot/ stuffy nights.

Just The breakfast
Everything. The location, the road to the hotel, the bed was too soft, didn't have a sound sleep, body pain. The same food everyday. Was very horrible.

Staff and food are great! 3 swimming pools allow guests to spread out and swim near their rooms.
Parking is always a struggle in peak season. Also, long queues form at the buffet, mostly for the drinks machine, which blocks the sides buffet area.

Magnificent views over the lake, three pools, very helpful and friendly staff, room was very clean. The waiters at the dinner are very attentive.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, big compliments to all the staff and in particular Winny and Antonio.
The hotel is by Dutch standards not 4 stars, rather 3 stars, but the good atmosphere and the staff more than make up for this. The food is very basic, dinner is fine, but especially lunch leaves a lot to be desired. Little choice and variety, very much aimed at the German package traveler.

It's a real Paradiso.
One week is too short to be there.

Room, facilities and cleaning was quite good.
Food was the big disappointment. Soup made from instant soup mix served for dinner…
Lots of pasta with low variety. Other options like fish and meat were really on the low end of the quality scale..

This hotel lives up to it's name. It truly is a little piece of paradise. The view over the lake from the hotel is absolutely stunning.
All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Winnie, Danieli and Antonio.
There is a huge selection of fresh and well prepared food.
The bedrooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable.
All three swimming pools were also sparklingly clean.
I cannot wait to return to this place again.
Getting to the hotel with public transport is a little challenging as it is perched up on a hill above the highway. The walk from the bus stop to the hotel is incredibly steep especially with suitcases.

Friendly hotel, but far from city.
Air condition was not working. Staff and boss stated that the z/c will be in operation only from july on. This is not acceptable. By 28C temp. it was not possible to sleep.

We got a room with a great view over the lake. Very friendly staff, good service and food.
Difficult to find - don't trust your navigator. Ask the hotel for directions instead.

Pools were nice and view to the lake amazing
Palvelu tökkäsi tässäkin Italian paikassa.
Service was bad from some person's. But half staff should not work with customers

Stunning views if you are lucky to have a room with the lake view. Room is spacious enough. Meals are good, but nothing special. Good possibilities for walking, but no direct access to the lake. Three nice little swimming pools
The access by car to the hotel is very narrow and tricky. GPS doesn't show the right way because of the road closures

Great view of the lake from the room. Big room. Very good full course (3 meals a day). Three really nice and clean swimming pools with great view. Comfortable parking house.
Be carefull with route planning - the navigation directed us throungh really narrow street (less than 2 m wide) from the south. There is a warning sign at the entrance of this road, but written in small letters (not readable from the car).
The Booking page has information that the room has only double bed - so we ordered two rooms for the family of four. The first room had double bed AND two bunkbeds. Second room had double bed and convertible sofa. We paid expensive second room for nothing.
Really poor wifi (and also poor mobile signal, so almost no internet).
No room cleaning service after the first day (we stayed two nights). Surprising in 4 star hotel.
The dinner is served from 19:00 to 20:30. We arrived on friday at 20:30 and we received only ham and pickled vegetable instead of two course dinner.

Location is awesome for relaxing with the family.
Food is Good considering the price you pay.
Friendly staff.
Normally a great hotel for a family holiday.
This time unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was not working as it should. Apparently it was not possible to get this fixed during our stay. The problem also seemed to be isolated to our room and the neighbors.
