A lovely villa perfect for our family of 5

The villa was perfect for our family of 5 and our stay was enhanced by the great service provided by the housemaid Wiwin who attended to all of our needs, including a lovely cooked breakfast each day.

The only improvement that could be made is to have air conditioning in the main living room rather than just ceiling fans, as it could get quite hot and humid in the main living area compared to the bedrooms which did have air-con in all 3 bedrooms.

Very good

Villa staff Wivin was amazing! She was always kind and super supportive, cooked delicious breakfast for us, and demonstrated a very high level of collaboration when solving the small issues we faced during our stay. Location is great, in the middle of all happenings, and can walk to beach as well.

The narrow street we walk from main road to villa (300-400m?) was super dark at night and sometimes scary for kids when dogs around barked etc. Some lightnings in this street could be super helpful. Kitchenware and other tools / furniture in villa were a bit old.

Perfection

The villa was amazing, it was way bigger than we expected and the facilities were all excellent. The best part of the the villa is Wiwin the host who cooked for us every morning and kept everything clean and was just lovely in every way. Even organised a cake for my birthday! Would definitely stay again :)

Air con in living areas would be awesome but they did have high ceilings and fans.

Huge traditional villa right in the middle of Seminyak

We loved this villa. It is huge and very Balinese in decor. The bathrooms are massive and it is just such a big space to be right slap bang in the middle of Seminyak. The pool is so good and there is plenty of space around it for lounging in the sun. It is part of Serene villas and the staff are the same people as we had earlier in our stay. Super helpful and lovely. Really great mie goreng for breakfast. They very kindly allowed us a late checkout too as our flights were delayed.

The bedrooms smelt strongly of mothballs and were a little dark.

We had fun with the table tennis and pool. With Wiwin (the Villa keeper) looking after us, it makes it even more enjoyab

it’s spacious and very near to cafes and restaurants.

It was difficult to locate initially and the road leading to the Villa is dark in the night.

Superb

Layout of the villa is great. We got rain out on some days and having a pool table and table tennis table in the villa allow us to continue to chill in the villa. The staff, Wiwin, is fantastic! She is friendly and helpful. She also prepared breakfast for us every morning.

The shower water pressure could have been stronger. The door to the bathroom is hard to open and close and will make a loud noise. Will wake up the roommate when opening and closing the door. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay in Tania Villa.

Loved it, huge villa with massive pool great location would stay here again.

This villa is enormous, pictures do not do it justice. Rooms are massive, living areas had ample room with the added bonus of fun for the teenagers with the pool / table tennis table. WiWin our host was amazing, such a wonderful helpful lady cooking us a yummy breakfast each day and nothing was too much for her. I would stay her again just to have Wiwin again. The pool is also huge, nice and deep at one end, plenty of lounges for everyone to sit around the pool. Comfy beds, clean linen, fresh towels each day. Couldnt really fault any of the service or facilities.

Water pressure in the showers and no air con in the living rooms but the fans did the job and it just made you use the pool more.

we had the best time and was look after by Wiwin she was just lovely person, thanks had a great time.

Love how it was in the heart of town but you couldn’t hear a noise from the street. it was so clean and tidy, Wiwin was just Fabulous .

Great location- excellent staff

The villa is really well positioned to walk to all the major Seminyak cafes, bars and shops. Our host Wi Win could not have been more accomodating and helpful.

The property is getting a bit tired. But given the Covid shutdowns, we understood things would not be up and running yet quite the way they were before. All in all a great property that just needs a bit of updating.

Would 100% recommend this villa to anyone looking for somewhere central.

Breakfast was amazing every morning, our house keepers went above and beyond with all of our needs, booking airport transfers and even calling a doctor on site.
