Superb

I think this is the best value for money we could get, amazing view and balcony, 50 meters from the beach. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, comfortable beds. There is a kitchen with free coffee and everything you need to serve food and drinks. The place itself is charming with old doors and cabinets, I really liked that.

The location perfect! Next to the supermarket very close to the center but more quiet and the front rooms have amazing view!

Great Location, with sea view. The little balcony is amazing! The House has 80s charme and looks nice. Close to Monemvasia and the beach.

the furniture is past its best. power sockets and bathroom are (little smelly) very old. but okay for one night.

A pleasant guesthouse but could use improvements..

Good location if someone wants to avoid the fuzz of the castle and right by the sea. Clean over all. Pleasant staff.

Although with an 80s vibe, which I appreciate, it could use some renovation. Especially the bathrooms. Bathroom was quite smelly, many mosquitos and badly ventilated.

Great location and views

The location of the property is amazing, literally right on the beach, supermarket next door, town center 2 min walk, Monemvasia rock 20 min walk to entrance. It is in a central but peaceful location. Our room had a beautiful, direct, uninterrupted view of the sea and Monemvasia rock from balcony. Good size room with adequate space. Coolness of room - despite an August heatwave, the room constantly remained cool even when it was 42 degrees outside. Friendly staff. Convenient and spacious parking facilities at the entrance away from the main road.

There was one significant negative of our stay - the noise within the property. The property has no provisions to reduce noise, resulting in every sound heard clearly from the room (including very early morning and very late at night) - for example every time a guest unlocked their door, loud banging from the cleaners, furniture being moved, loud talking and laughing from hallways and entrance, etc. This noise is normal, but was not simply heard a little bit in the distance, it was audible at all times due to no soundproofing. We did not have a good nights sleep during our stay. I recommend the owner invest in soundproofing and noise reduction, because it is unfortunate to have this one factor reduce the quality of guests experience, which for us was otherwise very good in all other aspects.

Good location, clean room with a lovely balcony and nice sea view, 500 meters distance to the bridege of Monemvasia, the landlord are a old Greep couple who are friendly.

Very good

Really nice owners, welcoming and trying to be as friendly as possible even with a bit of troubles in the English communications. Nice position to visit Monemvasia with a nice private parking just in front of the entrance.
