The breakfast and venue were lovely.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement, tout se fait à pieds. La communication avec Giovanna était très facile. La literie était confortable, et du noir complet pour dormir (volet + rideau occultant). L’appartement disposait d’une petite bouilloire, de tasses et de petits gâteaux pour le petit déjeuner
L’appartement est TRÈS BRUYANT.
Notre chambre donnait sur la rue extérieure et nous entendions tout, notamment le container à verre vidé très tôt le matin.
Le pire reste quand vous êtes dans votre chambre : vous entendez vos voisins parler comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre, vous les entendez prendre votre douche et même aller aux toilettes.
Et ce à partir de 7h30 du matin.
Enfin, mais c’est vraiment personnel nous ne nous attendions pas à ce que L’Hôte rentre dans notre chambre pour faire le lit et ranger nos affaires, vu que nous ne restions que 2 nuits.

Absolutely ideal location, couldn't fault a thing the room was spotlessly clean as well as being beautifully furnished. we had a card to claim a free breakfast on the first morning at a local café in the square which was a nice touch. Giovanna was a lovely most helpful host. Highly recommended

A fantastic location, Just 50m from Piazza Vecchia, 100m from the Duomo and just 10m from great eating and drinking options. Our host was very friendly and helpful and even picked us up from the airport.
Coffee but no breakfast but with so many cafe's close by that was not an issue for us.

incredibly nice owners, who take care of everything and support all the time :) we arrived late in the evening and the owner was waiting for us, helped with parking and bags - i was very positively surprised by kindness of Giovanna and her Husband :) room perfectly clean, spacious and quiet. Location is just in the middle of old town but windows overlook also into the patio so it is quiet. perfect place and incredible owners! recommend to all!

Room was in excellent location, in the Bergamo upper town. Located in the most central street in the upper old city. Very clear, host was very welcoming and helpful We were given a map and the possibility to prepare coffee or use the fridge. We had everything we needed in the room
Overall room was at an adequate size, not huge but sufficient. We were asked to check out at 10h30, it was not a problem for us but nevertheless seems a little early.

Great location in the heart of the old town. The room was spotless and comfortable. Giovanna (the host) was extremely welcoming and she gave us lots of suggestions. Easy check-in/check-out. We felt at home!

Giovanna was delightful and so helpful. Her dinner recommendations and suggestions for what to do around the city were fantastic!
The location is perfect - right in the middle of Bergamo's Old town, and the room is very comfortable.
Some sound comes through from other rooms and the shower takes a little while to heat up, but these are very minor things compared to the excellent room, location and service!

I have stayed before and it's in a great location,right in the middle of the old town. The owner was very helpful and eager to assist us in anyway . Will stay again .
