Really near to the T1 and T2

We stayed just 1 night due to time gap between our flights. Very near to the airport T1 and T2. Maybe 10 minutes in the hotel shuttle. Employees very kind and ready to help. For 1 night and early wake up because of flight - very comfortable.

Basil Fawlty trained the staff!

The bed was comfy!

Where do you start..... The guy on reception was more interested in his hair than anything to do with customers They dont have coffee, something ate the dead cockroach while I slept.... I honestly thought I was in a hotel you see in TV

For a short transit stay, it was passable, though amenities were not as advertised.

Facilities were clean and it was very convenient to have airport shuttle service. The on site restaurant was great and had excellent food and service.

We reserved a room and notified the hotel of our late arrival. They still did not have our room ready when we arrived, but gave the excuse that they had let another client have it and needed more time to clean it. Room wifi and TV was non-existent. However, they did help us get wifi if we were willing to use it in the hotel restaurant.

2nd nearest to NAIA1 .

I LOVED THE SPACE! I liked the food cooked there, just needed more variety for seafood.

1. Their Website was not working. 2. No discount for senior citizen.

Poor quality hotel.

Airport shuttle was hopeless. Driver couldn't locate us (mother travelling with baby). Asked for ground floor room. Was given one on the first stay. On return stay I wasn't. Room was small and hotel not very clean. Hotel does not respond to messages, just generic messages about their rubbish shuttle service that doesn't show up. Typical low budget, poor quality accommodation. The only plus side is it's near to the airport, so you don't have to endure Manila's horrendous traffic jams.

Unresponsive to messages. Not very clean. Useless free shuttle service will leave you stranded at the airport looking for a taxi.

A clean budget option for the airport.

I found the Siayan Inn to be a great budget choice for an overnight stop between arriving international and local flights the next day. The airport transfers worked well (included in the room price!) and it "did was exactly what it said on the tin" and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip through the Philippines.

My only (very small) gripe was that breakfast is via room service which could benefit from just a few more international options.

Near the airport with free shuttle

First room was terrible. Broken tap, beat up furniture. Second room better but still pretty grim. Do yourself a favour, pay more & go elsewhere

available shuttle bus pick up from airport to hotel and vice versa the guard was so helpful and the house keeping there is available and good parking

the window -if you open the curtains people can see you on the outside if a net curtains is there you could open the main curtain to have light from outside. The fridge on Munoz room is moldy you can't use it! there is no available hair conditioner you have to buy for it and hair dryer is not available. requested early check out for possible sandwich agreed by the reception incharge but on check out, its not available as he did not coordinate with the kitchen.

Superb

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The shuttle van is very handy for pick up and drop off to the airport. The facilities are clean. I am very grateful of the services. Been a customer here for awhile now.

i do not recommend it

the property is not bad bit the staff barely understands english and it was super difficult to comunicate. qe arrenged breakfast at 9 am and they brought it to the room at 7 am waking us up.

we were waiting for the free pickup from the airport for 1 hour at 5 am in the morning.
