Since we are both retired citizens we loved the comfort and quiet of the place.

Very hearty breakfast . Approach road is a bit narrow but the hotel compensates for it.The night view of Kalimpong town from the hotel is beautiful.

Mind blowing,wish i could stay longer

Excellent, Memorable and Value-for-Money

Excellent staff, specially Mr. Rahul Pradhan, F&B Captain. He went out of his way to make us feel homely and welcome. We also want to thank you for helping with the room changes, which obviously was not expected in any normal hotels. Also great hospitality from front desk staff (sorry, I could not remember the names), but 2 ladies and one gentleman, who were always helpful. I had some paperworks to be printed and they went out of their way to help me and my wife do that favor. Thank you from the heart.

If there is one thing to pick, it is Location, Location, Location. But perhaps this also depends on which room you are assigned because all rooms may not have the same view of the town and mountains as the rooms we stayed. We loved the room and the comfort it provided as well as cleanliness and complimentary coffee/tea.

Good staff but sucky GM

The staff were polite and helpful

We had the complimentary breakfast and it sucked. Got a hair in my omlette, my mom's toast was mouldy and I found a a shell of some sort of insect in my coffee, the kettle was not working, they didn't have an iron so gave me the staff one that burnt my towel, thank god I tried it before burning my actual clothes. When we complained to the the GM Mohammad something. Mr super busy asked his employee where we are from. So it's evident he treats his customers based on where they come from. They did not charge me for my dinner but that was not what I was looking for. If the GM had time to talk to his staff he definitely could have had time to talk to me and apologize. I suggest he go thru a soft skills training.

Its pretty expensive. Nothing is wrong about the property , just if you got good budget it is perfect place to stay and relax

The hotel was cost effective but not upto expectation.

the room size was too good.The furniture inside the room were sufficient and cosy.the terrace view was too good.

The bathroom is stinking.broken wall tile and very ordinary bath room fittings showed a very poor taste in hotelier.The booking was made online and did not show which room was allotted.after reaching there,we found a room allotted to us in basement floor -4th which was too embarassing.The parking is quite unorganized helter skelter kept vehicles and on the time of need my car was seeming to be trapped among a lot of cars and i could not use it in night for local market.The managerial staff could me more polite and a should be a no-no-saying attitude.
