Located in Estero Island, this charming condo for $175 per night is a great choice for your next trip. *The Pool is open! It's time to dive in!* It's always a lovely day with a view like this from your living room. Relaxing on your tropically designed queen sofa or rocker recliner is exactly where you want to be, in this classy beach condo. For the bedroom, a king-sized bed, California closets, and a beautiful walk-in rain shower. The condo also has 2 TVs for your entertainment. One in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. New window treatments as well. All new patio furniture for you to enjoy while watching the waves on the Gulf, and a sofa couch for additional sleeping. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Looking for additional space to rent with friends? Inquire with us and we'll confirm if our other units in this same building are also available for your dates. TriPower manages plenty of units in this complex! This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. The property includes a large heated pool, Wi-Fi, tennis courts, grills, and walking trails. Located at the south end of Fort Myers Beach near the Santini Plaza. **This is a SMOKE-FREE condo There is a $250 charge if there is evidence of smoking*** NO SMOKING ALLOWED. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. 705B Was just as described in the property listing. When we arrived to Fort Myers we called to see if we could get early check in. We were able to get in about an hour earlier which was awesome. I believe the girls name was Amanda that we were working with and she was very very polite and nice to work with. When we walked into the property it was very, very clean and smelled really good. You could tell there was a lot of effort in keeping the property clean and up to date. We did have a little minuscule problem with the code not unlocking the door. I called Amanda right back and she gave us a new code and it worked great after that. The rental has everything you would need if you were to cook on your vacation (I did no cooking-lol)….…..everything from a nice Keurig, blender, espresso maker, nice quality products and fully stocked with plates, dishes, pots and pans, glasses etc. also has very nice patio furniture to sit out on and have some coffee in the morning and read a book. Very relaxing just to sit out there and look at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Also very nice that they had beach chairs a Beach umbrella, some noodles and Floaties that you could use on a daily basis at the beach or at the pool. The only thing I would complain about was that in the contract it states you should not have the air set below 74°. The first two or maybe three nights it was miserable we could not sleep at all because it was so hot in the bedroom area. My husband slept in the living room area on the pull out couch because it was a little cooler in there but it was absolutely horrific to sleep in. I did message tri power and did get a response right away and we were able to turn the air conditioning down which made a huge huge difference. We slept much better the rest of our vacation in the very comfortable king size bed. I think it would help if there was a oscillating fan available to put in the living room area to move the air around a little bit more so it gets into the bedroom area also. You could definitely tell the difference from walking into the bedroom from the living room area even though it’s one big room you could still tell the difference. Was very grateful we got the OK to turn the air temperature down a couple degrees. I did also inquire about getting a later time for check out. Our flight was in the late afternoon so it was very nice that we were able to have a late check out at noon! Would definitely stay again. EXCELLENT STAY!!!!!!!!!!

This condo 705B, is the perfect size for a couple at the quieter end of FMB. Big comfy king bed. Nicely decorated, very clean. Mostly quiet resort except for the occasional loud people at the pool with a radio. We saw a majority of older adults during our stay. The only recommendation I have is that rules need to be posted better in the rooms on what to do with the trash and recycling. We didn’t figure it out until til our last day.

This unit was awesome and more than we expected. The furnishings are high end, great walk in shower, great towels, very comfy bed, and a great kitchen to cook in with all the accessories you would ever need. The view over the ocean topped everything. It was enjoyable any time of day.
