About this condo rental
Located in Estero Island, this charming condo for $175 per night is a great choice for your next trip. *The Pool is open! It's time to dive in!* It's always a lovely day with a view like this from your living room. Relaxing on your tropically designed queen sofa or rocker recliner is exactly where you want to be, in this classy beach condo. For the bedroom, a king-sized bed, California closets, and a beautiful walk-in rain shower. The condo also has 2 TVs for your entertainment. One in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. New window treatments as well. All new patio furniture for you to enjoy while watching the waves on the Gulf, and a sofa couch for additional sleeping. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Looking for additional space to rent with friends? Inquire with us and we'll confirm if our other units in this same building are also available for your dates. TriPower manages plenty of units in this complex! This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. The property includes a large heated pool, Wi-Fi, tennis courts, grills, and walking trails. Located at the south end of Fort Myers Beach near the Santini Plaza. **This is a SMOKE-FREE condo There is a $250 charge if there is evidence of smoking*** NO SMOKING ALLOWED. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. 705B Was just as described in the property listing. When we arrived to Fort Myers we called to see if we could get early check in. We were able to get in about an hour earlier which was awesome. I believe the girls name was Amanda that we were working with and she was very very polite and nice to work with. When we walked into the property it was very, very clean and smelled really good. You could tell there was a lot of effort in keeping the property clean and up to date. We did have a little minuscule problem with the code not unlocking the door. I called Amanda right back and she gave us a new code and it worked great after that. The rental has everything you would need if you were to cook on your vacation (I did no cooking-lol)….…..everything from a nice Keurig, blender, espresso maker, nice quality products and fully stocked with plates, dishes, pots and pans, glasses etc. also has very nice patio furniture to sit out on and have some coffee in the morning and read a book. Very relaxing just to sit out there and look at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Also very nice that they had beach chairs a Beach umbrella, some noodles and Floaties that you could use on a daily basis at the beach or at the pool. The only thing I would complain about was that in the contract it states you should not have the air set below 74°. The first two or maybe three nights it was miserable we could not sleep at all because it was so hot in the bedroom area. My husband slept in the living room area on the pull out couch because it was a little cooler in there but it was absolutely horrific to sleep in. I did message tri power and did get a response right away and we were able to turn the air conditioning down which made a huge huge difference. We slept much better the rest of our vacation in the very comfortable king size bed. I think it would help if there was a oscillating fan available to put in the living room area to move the air around a little bit more so it gets into the bedroom area also. You could definitely tell the difference from walking into the bedroom from the living room area even though it’s one big room you could still tell the difference. Was very grateful we got the OK to turn the air temperature down a couple degrees. I did also inquire about getting a later time for check out. Our flight was in the late afternoon so it was very nice that we were able to have a late check out at noon! Would definitely stay again. EXCELLENT STAY!!!!!!!!!!

Mostly quiet resort except for the occasional loud people at the pool with a radio. We saw a majority of older adults during our stay. The only recommendation I have is that rules need to be posted better in the rooms on what to do with the trash and recycling. We didn’t figure it out until til our last day.

This unit was awesome and more than we expected. The furnishings are high end, great walk in shower, great towels, very comfy bed, and a great kitchen to cook in with all the accessories you would ever need.
The view over the ocean topped everything. It was enjoyable any time of day.

Perfect place!
The property was very clean and well maintained. The condo was also very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and big enough, I shared it with my daughter. All check in info was provided well in advance. And they also checked on us after Elsa came through. Asked if we were ok and if we needed anything at all. They care about those renting from them. Everything we needed for our 10 day trip was right there. And it made our trip perfect!!

Beautiful updated Condo
The condo was extremely nice as pictured. It was very clean & had a lot of nice amenities (keurig , nutra ninja, beach chairs/umbrella) Perfect size for me & my husband.

It is very easy to access the beach and there were two beach chairs and an umbrella. The condo very clean. Although the complex is a bit outdated, this unit is renovated and is modern and decorated very nicely.. I would definitely stay again.
Just a couple of small inconveniences: Before we arrived I received an email with the door code. However, there is a code to get into the building also and if a resident was not there to help us then that could have been a big problem. Luckily it was not. Also, the towels provided where not enough for two adults for 6 nights. There were only 3 wash clothes, which meant I had to buy detergent and use the building laundry mat (which requires coins) Not a huge deal but not something I wanted to deal with on vacation. Easily avoided with sufficient towels. Again, wonderful views and very comfortable stay in this condo!

This was the best condo we have ever rented.
The shower was perfect and beautiful. The room was very clean and well stocked. Check in and out was very easy. There was no need to visit the renter. Every thing was handled through the key pad on the door. Would rent this one again.

Gorgeous unit!
Perfect, perfect condo! New and clean, every detail top notch. Bed is new and SO comfy. Decor and furnishings beachy, bright and fresh. Location is fabulous! Management, however, is awful. Rude and mostly... not there! Common areas seem neglected and dirty. Tripower is difficult if not impossible to reach, communication poor, response time slow. Refused to put me in touch with owner. No response ever to my request to check out at 11am. This place would be our first choice EVERY year, were management even a bit attentive. It's obvious this condo has been lovingly remodeled by someone with a great deal of integrity. I'm certain they would be disappointed at how their renters are treated.

The condo was exactly as the pictures portray. Appreciate all the attention to detail. Shower was wonderful. Bathroom is roomy and practical. View of gulf is amazing. Love location across from Santini Plaza with shopping, food and farmer's market. Shelling is great on this end of FMB. Use designated path to the beach to have less issues with the noseeums and stay off the grass. Noseeums can be an issue - be prepared. Pool closes at sunset which is a bummer. Overall, we are interested in staying in this same unit again.

One of the better views we've had staying in multiple units in this condo complex. Clean, fairly current, bathroom could use a little remodeling TLC. Would love it if all TriPower units used a cipher lock on the door, so we dont have to pick up and drop off keys!

This unit is in a great location on the island and I would consider staying again but only if in a better, more updated unit. This unit looks better in the pictures. Rented it because of a sofa bed in LR. Could hardly open it and then found that there were no sheets provided for it. Had to share the bed with my friend. The privacy screen between the BR and the LR wouldn't close and latch. The toilet ran the entire week and we had to manually deal with that. Called Tripower on Tues. and they said a plumber would be called. Never happened. TV is not HD and none of the other electronics worked. Bed and couch very old and uncomfortable. Unit is tired and needs updating. No hand towels in BA. Also, be sure to bring your own toilet paper - only 1 roll provided. The view is great from this balcony.

We have been vacationing in the Fort Myers area for 16 years. We usually stay in Fort Myers Beach at the south end as it is much quieter. We have stayed in different units at EBTC and they all are great. Since the units are small, not recommended for larger families but great for 4 people and fantastic for 2.

My wife and I rented this place and really enjoyed our stay. The location has a great view of the gulf and the property is peaceful and quiet. The only negative thing I can say about this is that it is definitely meant for the cozy-minded individual as it's largest room is the bedroom. However, many people looking to rent this place are probably looking for a romantic getaway so small living space in this condo may not be a problem. We had no problem with the space as we spent lots of time traveling to the beach which is only a 5 min walk from the location. However, whenever we did spend time at the condo we would usually enjoy sitting outside on the balcony. ****If you don't care about all of the other information above*** The condo was nice, but has small living space. It has Beach themed comfortable furniture. Overall a great find for the price and is in nice location for travel and beach access.

WONDERFUL!!!! Loved it. Will be back. Only complaint is that the pool closes at dusk and we go in November so it gets dark early. Would like to use the pool after dark.
