Hospitality, Jackie and Phil are fantastic hosts. The room and bathroom are equipped with everything you need and exceptional clean.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The room had a great view, comfortable bed and the bathroom was very spacious. Loved the peaceful location in short driving distance to Hastings and there was a nice pub across the road, what more to want!
As an electric car owner, the only thing it missed was a charging point! But I know that's not really something that's expected at the moment so no big deal

I am a single traveller, nearly 74 years old. I travel frequently and need my comforts. The property is in a beautiful, quiet area, with easy traveling distance to many places of interest. Really nice room with exceptionally comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom, all exceeded my expectation. The breakfast and and other facilities are very, very good. The hosts are delightful, very helpful, went over and above what was expected of them. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and I would recommend this place to any traveller for a short or long stay. Parking at the property's front drive and Pub across the road are a real bonus.

Lovely location with beautiful views from our room. The room was spotless with a lovely spacious bathroom. Added bonus, a really nice pub just across the road which served good food. The hosts, Jackie and Phil, were really welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Mentioned we liked oat milk and Jackie got some in for our stay. We would come back again and would definitely recommend staying here!

The breakfast was top notch. When we arrived my wife asked if they had yogurt was told no, but in the morning there was yogurt they had gone out that evening and got some. Smiles from the wife. The view from our room, i think in the distance you could see the sea.

The B&B was excellent. It was in a lovely location, not far from the pub and the beach. The place was lovely and clean. Our hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we would happily stay here again!

The owners were very friendly and welcoming The full English breakfast was delicious, and set us up nicely for what was a busy day. The bedroom had amazing views of the surrounding countryside out of the very large window. The private bathroom was very spacious, with both a bath and a shower cubicle, and two washbasins. Towelling robes were also provided, which was a welcome touch.

The host Jackie cooked a delicious breakfast, she and Phil were excellent hosts throughout, very welcoming. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, with a very comfortable bed and great view of the surrounding countryside.
