O quarto não tinha cozinha, era na verdade um hostel. O chek in não estava pronto no horário combinado. O banheiro molha todo chão ao tomar banho... entre outras coisas...

Zentrale Lage im Ort. Das Badezimmer wird mit anderen geteilt, es gibt aber zwei davon und ein Waschbecken im Zimmer, so dass keine Wartezeiten entstanden. Große Dachterasse. Und man konnte tatsächlich die Pfauen aus dem nahegelegenen Park rufen hören!

Vom Frühstück sollte man nicht allzuviel erwarten, was für uns aber wegen des günstigen Preises absolut in Ordnung war.

Considerando que Peacock House é um hostel, é perfeito em tantos aspetos. Toda a casa é limpa, grande, bonita e bem decorada. Tem dois terraços, um deles tem uma das melhores vistas da cidade. A casa de banho é partilhada porque não está dentro do quarto mas é privada porque é como a casa de banho de uma casa, não a partilhamos ao mesmo tempo com outros hóspedes como acontece em muitos hostels em que as casas de banho têm mais que um duche e sanita. O quarto tem uma pequena varanda e o colchão é de alta qualidade. A cozinha é limpa e bastante completa, tanto de utensílios de cozinha como de temperos e tudo o que precisamos para cozinhar. O pequeno almoço é completo, com pão fresco, croissants, ovos, compotas, manteiga, café, chocolate em pó, etc. No momento da reserva fiz o pedido especial de leite vegetal, pois não consumo leite de vaca e não só o hostel atendeu ao meu pedido como comprou dos melhores leites vegetais que o mercado dispõe. A senhora que nos atendeu é super simpática e disponível. Sentimo-nos como se estivéssemos num hotel de 4 estrelas. Aconselho vivamente este alojamento! Se voltar a Évora, é aqui que vou pernoitar.

Peacock house e’ una struttura davvero accogliente e in pieno centro. Il tutto si completa con un bellissimo terrazzo che offre una bellissima vista sulla città. Noi siamo stati molto bene! Consigliatissimo

The location was excellent. The room was large enough, nice storage area.

When booking, it really appears to be a self contained apartment. However, it is a bedroom with private bathroom and shared kitchen, laundry, patio, etc. The shower leaked on the floor due to an unfitted shower curtain. The beds were quite hard. The croissant left for us were mouldy.

Gostei da simpatia com que fomos acolhidos, da localização geográfica e do belo terraço de que o alojamento dispõe. Infelizmente, para mim, são esses os únicos pontos positivos.

• O quarto “Purple”, onde ficámos, revelou-se húmido, com alguma mancha de bolor num canto das paredes e, de um modo geral, as paredes precisam de ser remodeladas. Talvez tenha havido alguma infiltração, ou simplesmente precisam de ser tratadas contra a humidade (há toda uma parte com tinta descascada). • Há também outro ponto que não vai a favor do alojamento: pagámos 90€ por duas com pequeno-almoço incluído. Nunca teria imaginado que íamos ser nós a preparar o pequeno-almoço. Acho que esta informação deve ser muito bem destacada na página do alojamento e reiterada pela proprietária antes do check-in. É uma sugestão. Pagar 90€ por um quarto húmido e com pequeno-almoço self-service não foi de todo o mais conveniente. Estive em alojamentos bem melhores em Évora (hotéis, no centro também), pagando o mesmo valor e com muito mais conforto. Por mim, este alojamento é um hostel com quartos individuais (existem hostels com essa fórmula e não tenho nada contra isso, mas é preciso, então, chamar as coisas com o nome que lhes pertence). O conceito de guesthouse é outra coisa, segundo eu entendo e já viajo há mais de 15 anos em trabalho. • Os outros comentários valorizam o sossego dos quartos: ora bem, depende do quarto, o “Purple” dá para a rua e não há sossego algum.

Great location in Evora’s historical center.

The bed was uncomfortable and there were only two small pillows on the bed. We had to make our own breakfast and the room was hot.

The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions of the city. We rented a room with a private bathroom, but the kitchen is still shared. There are two terraces shared with other guests. The hostess is very friendly and helpful.

I've never encountered such a breakfast system before. In the shared kitchen, the hostess provides food (eggs, bread, butter, sausage, and cheese), and then you cook for yourself. We had to wait until other residents vacated the kitchen so I could make a fried eggs.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Evora. La propriétaire est très gentille. La vue depuis notre chambre était très belle.

- En regardant les photos de la chambre, on pourrait croire qu’il y a une cuisine dans l’appartement mais il s’agit d’une cuisine commune pour tous l’immeuble, ce n’est vraiment pas pratique et cela devrait être expliqué dans la description. Dans la chambre il y a un micro onde et un peu de vaisselle sur une table. - Notre appartement avait une odeur d’humidité. - L’isolation n’est pas bonne on entend tous les bruits des gens qui font à manger à côté ou du lave-linge.

The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. Having access to the washer and rooftop laundry line was great. The breakfast items that were provided were amazing! We loved having access to fresh fruit and bread, along with eggs, coffee, and the other items that Anabela provided. We did not use the community sitting areas, but it was wonderful to have them available. We loved the good communication before arrival, the easy access to the unit, free parking nearby, and proximity to restaurants, shopping, and historical sites in the area.

There was nothing we did not like.

The apartment is very well located, the entrance is in between 2 restaurants. Our rooms had a balcony with view of the St John's church. Anabela is a great host, left food and wine for us and also a great breakfast with coffee pods and mini croissants. We ask her a few questions over the phone and she was very helpful, we even used the washing machine there.

Parking is difficult in front of the apartment, even for a short period of time, the free parking location is some 5 minutes away walking, but it was fine.

Für einen Besuch in Evora war es eine Top-Lage. Wir konnten die Küche nutzen, in der auch das Frühstück zum Selbermachen vorhanden war. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt

Завтрак готовишь самостоятельно - все необходимое есть в холодильнике, это прекрасно. Расположение супер. Белье хорошее, ставни - темнота, умывальник в номере. Мы задерживались и нас подождали.

La ubicación es excelente al igual que el desayuno. Muchos restaurantes y bares cercanos al apartamento.

Al tener cocina compartida, se escuchaba mucho ruido en la habitación. Y la ventana del baño de nuestra habitación no se abría.

Nette Gastgeberin, schönes Zimmer und eine ruhige Lage, obwohl man im Ortskern ist. Das Frühstück ist recht übersichtlich mit Marmelade, Butter, süßen Brötchen, trockenem Brot, Kaffee und Eiern, aber es reicht für den Start in den Tag. Ansonsten kann man sich ja selber etwas kaufen, da man auf dem Zimmer einen Kühlschrank hat (Standardsuite).

Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist nicht sonderlich ordentlich, weil die Mitmieter nicht drauf achten, sie für alle sauber zu halten. Der Rest der Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich.

Diverse Außenterassen. Ausstattung der Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Obst zur Selbstbedienung.

Frühstück einfach in Selbstbedienung. Kleines Bad.
