The room was large and quiet, providing a comfortable space to unwind.

The spa was disappointing and didn't live up to the luxurious standards I was expecting. The breakfast was average, with synthetic orange juice and Nespresso coffee instead of freshly brewed options. The hotel provided few toiletries, which was surprising for a luxury establishment. The finish of the rooms was average, and the shower was too small for a person of 179cm. The access cards to the room had a tendency to become deconfigured easily, causing inconvenience. When we experienced issues with the door lock and required assistance from the hotel personnel, they accompanied us to our room but failed to offer any help with our several pieces of baggage

From the beginning it exceeded my expectations, it is very cozy, and the rooms are decorated with exquisite taste. The incredible bed and the incredible views. The bathtub is very comfortable for two people. I am 1.92 meters tall.

The bathtub does not have a hydromassage, and on the web it does not specify if it is a bathtub or a shower. The television is somewhat small for the distance from the bed and somewhat outdated, it does not accept USB

The room was enormous, modern and very clean. The staff were very nice (they do not speak English), but that is our problem, not theirs.

This hotel is in a very small Spanish village and is very modern. There were no coffee making facilities, but a fridge (empty). The shower was good, but, not so for my husband who is over 6' tall and couldn't not fit underneath it. The bath was enclosed so we didn't try it. The beds were wide but, as usual in Spain, rather firm. We had expected a balcony as per photos of the suite, but there was none. We also hoped to use the spa, but were very disappointed that even hotel guests have to pre-book and pay rather a lot of money to use a 30-60 minute slot. The wifi is rubbish If we are to revisit the village, we might go back again, but the price seems rather high for a Spa hotel when you have to pay extra for the spa and the parking. Also, we booked and paid for the hotel using Bookings.com, but the hotel asked us to pay again. In the end we didn't, but it was a little concerning at the time.

Bed was a little on the firm side for me.

It’s quite basic. We were there in low season so very quiet. It’s clean and correct but nothing more. We had dinner in the restaurant and were not impressed. Breakfast is definitely not worth 13 euros. A big disappointment was that our 11 year old was not allowed to enter the spa (age limit 12) despite the hotel being half empty.
