Un must 5 étoiles à Rhodes pour bien profiter de la vieille ville.

L’emplacement, qualité d’hébergement, magnifique buffet déjeuner avec un choix incomparable, le personnel dans tout l’établissement, l’accueil, au bar et restaurant Manolis & Dimitri offre un service impeccable. On s’aperçoit que le manager s’occupe très bien de son établissement. Félicitation!

Moc hezké a příjemné

Líbil se nám přístup personálu, všichni se starali a byli moc milý až na jednoho pána na recepci. Pokoj byl čistý. Možná bych ocenila za ty peníze lepší vybavení - Lepší kosmetiku a kávovar. Ale čaje měli moc dobré na pokoji. Když jsme si večer řekli o heřmánkový, pokojová služba nám ho hned přinesla zdarma, to bylo moc milé. Vodu jsme měli zadarmo na pokoji k dispozici. A minibar byl také bohatě zásobený. Celkově prostory moc hezké. I fitko jsme využili a úplně nám stačilo.

Bohužel jsme po domluvě v prvním dni počítali s pozdějším check-inem o pouze dvě hodiny. Najednou za dva dny na to, kdy jsme odjížděli, nám bylo vcelku nepříjemným pánem na recepci řečeno, že check-in nám neprodlouží, ani za příplatek. Prostě nám evidentně jen nechtěl vyjít vstříc. Ikdyž mohli vzhledem k tomu, že na poslední snídani kamarádka našla v salátu slimáka. Co se týče snídaní jako takových, zdál se mi docela malý výběr. Od 5* hotel bych čekala mnohem víc. Ale možná hrálo roli to, že jsme byli mimo sezonu.

Great location, beautiful hotel, lovely staff but no atmosphere

This property is in a lovely location right next to the Medieval Old Town of Rhodes. We both thought the hotel was very clean and the staff were polite and friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The pool area is very pretty.

In a nutshell we didn’t like the atmosphere, or should I say lack of it? The hotel was I’m guessing full as all sun beds were used and yet very, very quiet. Well to clarify we would come down for breakfast each morning and be met with some background popular tunes in the restaurant which were fun and atmospheric, only then to sit around loo the pool in silence. I have no interest in loud music at all but you could hear a pin drop and it made for a painful experience. Aside of this when we first arrived we were given a “ruins” view room which we went in to and unpacked, then went to the pool to look around at which point I said to my husband that I felt sure we had booked a pool view room. I checked my paperwork and found this to be correct. The hotel gave us another room without quibble but I felt a little disappointed that there was no apology or goodwill gesture for messing us around.

Good location for a short stay.

The rooms are simple but fine. Good breakfast.

I find the restaurant prices too high, as you can walk out of the hotel to a place close by and pay half the price as at the hotel. The wifi in the room doesn’t work and the tv didn’t work either.

Very highly recommended!

THe most outstanding thing about this hotel was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. The food was also great, both the breakfast and dinners. We loved eating breakfast outside by the pool. The location was ideal for us - just a 5 minute walk to one of the gates into the Old Town.

THis is NOT a complaint, just a comment. Rooms are small by North American standards, but it was very well appointed and comfortable. Also, there was a balcony, which we enjoyed

Underwhelming

Great gym. Lovely staff. Food pretty good.

it’s a bit dated, especially the rooms. Old furniture on balcony. Felt like a 3 star room with old carpet. The room felt very stuffy. Water not complementary and quite expensive! Main restaurant felt very dark, overall it just doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. It didn’t feel like value for money, compared to the price.

Very relaxing stay in luxury hotel

Great location just outside the old town so only 5 mins to walk in. Room was a deluxe double and very comfortable. Pool was lovely for an afternoon swim, Breakfast was fabulous and all the staff so friendly.

Fabulous pool area with luxurious sun loungers and bar service. delicious breakfast with pretty terrace in front of the pool where the morning sun can be enjoyed. staff were incredible.

We really enjoyed the hotel and we recommend it to adults

-All the stuff was very nice from the first moment -Breakfast available from 07:00 with a big variety of food and drinks in a pretty location - The room was great with a very comfortale bed -The swimming pool is big and clean -The hotel is very quiet despite being in a central location

- The swimming pool opens realtively late -The food in the lobby is very expensive -There was a smell of sewage outside the hotel (it was not felt in the interior, but it was on one side of the pool)

Pleasant

staff was very friendly. Rooms clean.

We only stayed one night in-between bookings elsewhere. We picked this hotel because we felt like chilling by the pool for a change however it was impossible to find a free sun-bed, lots of chairs reserved with a towel but no one actually used it. Smoking is allowed in the pool area which was very annoying so we barely spent any time at the hotel besides sleeping there. The hotel is a bit outdated, it looks much better online than in real life. Feels very corporate.

It made our short stay in Rhodes an oasis. Would definitely visit the place again!

Such a great experience. The location was perfect to stroll around the old town. Great breakfast that ticked all the boxes. Room comfortable and quiet, mattress super comfy and and quiet air on. Staff really kind and ready to help you or answer your questions with a smile on their face.

Beautiful pool area. Deluxe rooms satisfactory

Charges for bottled water (even for a 5* hotel ) were ridiculous. One doesn't mind paying for cocktails/wine etc. at 5 star prices as one is paying for the overall experience, facilities, decor and location, but rarely do you see establishments of this calibre, in hot countries, seek to make ridiculous margins from a basic neccesity such as water.

Perfect !

We come here every time on the way to and from Kastellorizo- and it’s an idyllic way to start and end a holiday - wonderfully smiling and helpful charming staff - very comfortable room and beds - delicious breakfast and even better poolside lunch! Cannot wait until next time!

A sophisticated and elegant hotel with great customer service

The Rodos Park is well located, a short drive from the airport and within easy walking distance of Rhodes old town where there are many restaurants and shops. The hotel is extremely clean and well laid out: the hotel staff are all consistently polite and attentive with excellent customer service skills. We enjoyed the breakfast - there was a huge choice ranging from delicious greek yoghurt and fruit to cheese, pastries, smoked salmon and prosecco. We used the pool area and sun loungers and enjoyed swimming in the pool which was larger than I expected. Again these areas were kept clean and were well maintained. Our room had a balcony big enough to sit out on which got the sun in the afternoon and overlooked the archaeological site. The bar on the roof was a spectacular but private space with great cocktails. We were sorry to leave and would definitely return here if we return to Rhodes.

Perhaps our room could have been bigger, but we chose it because we thought it would be quieter than the rooms at the front of the hotel which overlooked the pool. We slept well but my husband found the mattress a little hard.

Treated like royalty :)

Staying here at rodos park suites, my partner and I were treated like royalty :) From the moment we arrived all staff were so friendly and accommodating. From the reception and front of house staff, to the bartender on the top floor, the girls at breakfast, to the lifeguard, house keepers and so on. Everybody couldn’t do enough for us. I actually shed a tear in the taxi on the way to the airport at the end of our stay because it had been such a lovely first holiday for my boyfriend and I as a couple. It was our first time Rhodes, what a beautiful place and we definitely picked the right place to stay. The hotel is like a botique so it is intimate enough that you see familiar faces every day, but big enough that you can be also left to your own devices. It was a beautiful property in the absolute heart of rodos town so ideal central location but was in a surprisingly quite quiet street (the beds also gave me one of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had which is rare as I am a bad sleeper) we will miss this place but have every intention of returning, would recommend it to anybody, such lovely people in a lovely place. Truly 5 star treatment, the pool has the sun all day and very lavish furnishings throughout the hotel. 10/10

Beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location just 5 minutes from the Old Town and 10 minutes from the harbour. Everything was extremely clean and the attention to detail faultless. The breakfast is superb and nothing is too much trouble for Evangelos and his staff.

Exceptional

We had a great stay at Rodos Park Suites & Spa! The room was of good size, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast selection. Dinner was just excellent! The pool was rather big and surrounded by greenery. The location is perfect for Rhodes Old Town ~10 minute walk to the gates. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

No free water bottles in the room. Wi-fi was on and off at the garden restaurant.
