La vue de la terrasse époustouflante, très bel hôtel, bien décoré, avec l’arrêt de bus juste devant qui vous emmène jusqu’au centre ville
Le lit trop dur et trop petit, pas de sèche cheveux, la douche trop petite pour une personne un peu forte et le distributeur de savon qui ne fonctionnait pas. Dommage, car si j’avais su j’aurais simplement pris une chambre plus grande car l’hôtel en vaut la peine.

The hotel is up the hill, so the view of Granada as nice as from Alhambra. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks for accommodating an earlier breakfast , we had an early morning admission to Nazir Palace.
Didn't notice busses running past the hotel , need a bit walk to get there.

It is perched on the side of the hill facing the city centre, so the view from the balcony was spectacular, especially the sunset. There’s even a little view of the Alhambra area from the room. The room was nicely done up and the bed was comfortable. We went in with eyes wide open knowing that it was not near the city centre and not easy to get to with luggage. More practical to take a cab from the city centre to the hotel than to try climbing stairs or going up the rather steep slopes. There’s a bus but it’s a small bus and not directly connected to the bus or train station.

Magnificent views from our private terrace over Granada. A ten minute walk to the Alhambra. Roadside parking available.
We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and found it a little expensive as the meal came with little or no sides (they were extra) which is something we hadn’t found elsewhere.

Personal muy atento. La vista de la terraza donde tomar el desayuno o cena es espectacular con vista panoramica hacia la ciudad y puedes ver la catedral desde dicha ubicacion. Es una vista muy hermosa en la noche. Cuentas con el servico de llamada de taxi y no pasan mas de 10 minutos cuando te esperan justo en la puerta del hotel, muy conveniente. Esta a minitos de La Alhambra!!
El aseo no contaba con secador de cabello.

El hotel en si y la mayor parte de sus empleados .
A pesar de que el hotel nos ha gustado, nos hemos ido bastante decepcionados con el trato recibido por parte del señor que se encontraba en la recepción en el momento de hacer el check out.
El primer día, al llegar al hotel, preguntamos al chico que se encontraba en recepción, que si era posible el día que nos marchábamos, poder llevarnos algo de desayuno, ya que lo teníamos pagado, pero al tener que irnos a las 7 de la mañana, no nos daría tiempo a desayunar en el hotel. Él, muy amablemente, nos informó que el pan llegaba a las 8 de la mañana pero que aún así nos podrían dar sin problema algo de fruta y zumo. Así que llegado el día de marchar, al subir a la recepción, informamos al señor que se encontraba allí de lo que nos había dicho su compañero, a lo que de forma rotunda y muy borde nos respondió que no, que de ninguna manera podía darnos nada de comida, ni siquiera fruta, a pesar de que le repetimos que lo teníamos pagado y que su compañero nos había dicho que sin problema. La verdad que fue una situación muy desagradable, en la que además nos reprochaba cosas sin sentido, como que él llevaba toda la noche sin dormir, que era nuestra decisión irnos a esa hora o que era culpa nuestra no haberle avisado, lo que es ilógico, porque nosotros no tenemos porque saber qué horario tiene cada trabajador. En resumen un trato muy malo y poco profesional por su parte.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Aussicht ist natürlich das Highlight des Hotels. Alle Zimmer mit Terrasse haben den tollen Blick über Granada. Auch das kleine Restaurant bietet schon zum Frühstück den mega Ausblick.
Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist in Ordnung, die Betten super bequem. Wir wollten gerne ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten. Eigentlich war keines mehr frei, doch durch einen Umzug für die zweite Nacht, wurde es uns ermöglicht. Vielen Dank dafür!!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Überhaupt herrscht eine sehr nette familiäre Atmosphäre.
Das Hotel hat direkt gegenüber eine Bushaltestelle. Für 1,40 ist man ganz schnell im Zentrum Granadas. Das Taxi nach Hause kostet auch nur 5 Euro.
Zur Alhambra ist es nicht weit. Auch hier kann man Bus oder Taxi nutzen.
Wir hatten zwei schöne Tage und würden wieder in diesem Hotel wohnen.
Vielleicht könnte zum Frühstück etwas mehr Auswahl angeboten werden.

Only the view from this place was good but for me, this is the least important thing when staying at a hotel.
The hotel's location is at the top of a hill and you can not easily find transport from the whole city which can take you directly there. This also makes the visit to city attractions a little bit difficult. Also, there are no grocery shops nearby.
Breakfast at this place was the worst I have ever tried at any hotel and too expensive.

We like the view from the terrace. It was relatively close to Alhambra.
There was strange smell in the room that wasn't possible to exchange.

They waited for us till we arrive at Mid Night.
Room is spacious and has wonderful terrace and view overlooking Granada.
Room had smell, so we kept the doors open in the hot weather just to ventilate it .

Fantastic view. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Good location for the Alhambra ( 15 min walk).
Parking is difficult at best. If you are lucky to find a spot within 50m don't move the car. Walk or catch the local mini bus. The hotel is a 15 to 20 minute walk ( downhill) from any restaurant besides their own. You can take the bus back uphill to the hotel for 1.4 Euro.
