Also, der Preis war sehr gering für eine Nacht, somit sollte man kein Caesar Palace erwarten. Bequemes Bett, alles sauber, großes Zimmer, großes Bad. Ich war sehr zufrieden, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist überragend. Frühstück war okay, nichts besonderes.

Die Fenster sind ein wenig Undicht.

Really friendly host from Hungary. The hotel is nice, in a nice neighborhood. On foot, it's like 1,2km to the city center. A great breakfast was served. No parking is available. Bathroom with windows. The mini bar inside the room.

The beds could be comfier.

The hotel is located very close to a nice pedestrian area and it looked as a save surrounding. The room was big and well equipped.

It would be great to know during reservation process that the only language to communicate is German. It was very difficult to communicate, especially that we were coming after opening ours of the reception.

Excellent for getting into the city Centre with a bus stop directly below our window.

I basically didn't like anything about my stay here. In fact, I booked for 6 nights but I only slept here 2, then I moved to another place. First of all, the staff couldn't speak English, so I didn't know how to communicate with them. Moreover, the reception closes at 8 pm, which means that if you need anything after that time, you can't ask then for help. However, the worst part was the cleaning. I had the impression of dirt as soon as I entered the hotel. The situation in the room was even worse. First of all it stank. I was alone, so only one of the bed was ready to be slept in, but the other bed was covered with a dirty blanket, full of stains. The bad sheets were yellowed. Also, the room was full of cobwebs. During my second night there, I also found a pretty big spider and, when I opened the curtains in the attempt of catching it, I found even more cobwebs with small spiders all over the part of wall above the window. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining pretty heavily, so my luggages were dirty in their bottom part and I carried with me in the bedroom pieces of the leaves that remained stuck to the wheels. The day after, when I came back to the hotel after having been around, I found out that the bad had been made, so someone of the cleaning service entered the room, but all the dirt was still on the floor, meaning they just made the bed but didn't clean the room (yes, in Covid times). Also, in the space between my bed and the wall, there was a lot of dust. Funny thing is, I'm allergic both to dust and to spiders bites, so I basically risked a shock just for sleeping there. I was so much disappointed, because the room didn't look like that from the pictures here on Booking. Surprisingly, the only clean part of the bedroom was the toilet, it didn't even seem to belong to the same place indeed.
