The room was very nice and clean. The room was cleaned every day. Bed, mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. We liked breakfast - excellent coffee (the best in Alcala) with croissant, toasted bred and butter with marmalade, fresh fruit and yogurt.

Remote control of TV was out of order, Room telephone did not work, as well. There was some problems with Wi-Fi in our room, but at first floor in the lobby it works perfect.

The staff is amazing, and the room is big, comfortable, and modern (no difference from prestigious chains such as NH or Accor). I didn't use but they have parking.

The restaurant at the hotel doesn't have many options and the quality is average.
