Otel resepsiyonunda kiler paramızı alıp biz odaya gittikten sonra aradan 10;dakka geçmeden kapımıza geldiler ,daha sonra bir kez daha bu kez polisle gelip bizi rahatsız ettiler,biz de otelden çıkacağımızı söyleyip parsmızı geri istedik,paramızı vermeyip gaspettiler,biz de polis çağırıp hakkımızı aradık ama parsmızı geri vermediler,yani hem otelde kalmadık hem de para ödemiş olduk zorla ,paramızı gasp ettiler,bu otel gaspçı bir otel

Bu otel gaspçı bir otel,para alıp oda satıyorlar ,sonrada polisle kapıya dayanıp sizi taciz ediyorlar,bunun üzerine otelden çıkmak zorunda kaldığımızda ise paramızı geri ödemiyorlar,bu otel resepsiyonistleri terbiyesiz ve gaspçı hırsızdır

Good value

Rooms were ok, but old St Regis not renovated. Close to railway and subway about 5 min walk. Good fish restaurant downstairs and good breakfast.

The bathroom smell, the swimming pool was on renovation somehow and there was some loud workers. Somehow farther from city you are better off in closer places as a tourist.

Большие просторные номера с ванной и душем, хорошего качестве туалетные принадлежности. В номере есть все необходимые принадлежности, в том числе тапочки, халаты, утюг и гладильная доска. Кровать очень удобная для отдыха. Шустрые лифты, ждать долго не приходилось. Уборка ежедневная. На третьем этаже бассейн и спа (сауны), необходимы плавательные шапочки, если нет. можно приобрести за 28 юаней. Примерно на одном расстоянии от отеля (500-600 м.) 2 станции метро: первая в сторону вокзала, налево по дороге от выхода, вторая направо от отеля, потом налево на перекрестке и прямо вверх вдоль автострады (все станции 2ой линии). Удобно (особенно со второй) добираться до площади Tiananmen Guangchang, улицы Wangfujing Pedestrian Street и Экспресса в Аэропорт. Вся дорога от отеля до аэропорта PEK занимает менее часа и 28 юаней с человека. Напротив отеля через дорогу) небольшой магазин, если пройти по противоположной стороне влево, то метров через 300 магазины побольше и закусочные.

Немного не хватило освещения в номере, хотя осветительных приборов было достаточно.

Very good

Great huge room with a beautiful view, nice staff who were really helpful. Gym and swimming pool are great, Breakfast is OK. Location is not too far from the subway and you can even go directly to the Beijing railway station in less than 10 minutes walking.

Breakfast could be improved by having more variety or changed regularly, had the same items for 3 days.

Got free upgrade to the suite. Front desk is very friendly. The gym and the swimming pool are very spacious. Very good value for money. Will come again.

Great location, hotel is so-so

The location is excellent, next to the Beijing Railway Station. The rooms are big, and the spa center has saunas and a 25 meter long heated swimming pool for free use of guests. I think AC will be turned on for Summer months (I was there in April), and generally the hotel offers ok value for money.

No AC in the room, very hot when outside temperature was almost 30 degrees. The hotel is a downgraded and more tired version of it former self, when it was managed by the Marriot. Now the lobby is small and shared with 3-4 other venues. Breakfast is ok.

Walkable to the train station.

Service was so so. Requested for a birthday surprise for my partner hotel agreed but was not fulfilled. During check out we asked the concierge to book a car/taxi to our next destination we were quoted $80. Although it was through a ride hailing app the hotel staff told us we could not pay directly to driver and have to pay to him. In the end we walked to the train station took a taxi and the trip was less than $40.

As 5 stars hotel, still need some adjustment

The staff is very nice and helpful, location is also OK, convenience store just in corner and eat possibility also easily to be found.. Bus and underground is nearby.. The pool and whirlpool is the best in this hotel.

Breakfast is really a no go for a 5 star hotel.. There is no variation and every day the same menu.. We can understand that breakfast room temporarily using the fitness room but the food quality should be fit with the 5 stars hotel standard and there is no sitting place in the lobby which not suitable as a business hotel when we have meeting with business partners.

Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel hygiene levels are superb. Very polite concierge, more than willing to help, but not English speaking so it was handy having a translator with me

Level of English language of staff. As a hotel accommodating foreigners, providing employees with language courses would be of help in enabling them to provide perfect service to their guests. Breakfast offer is under the acceptable levels for foreign travellers. Facilities of the breakfast restaurant stayed stucked back in the history.
