Отель старый. Мебель, оборудование. Замазано кое как. Еда.....и качество и разнообразие оставляют желать много лучшего. О напитках в столовой ( кроме кофе ), вообще молчу. На пляже старые рваные лежаки, которых на всех не хватает.

סגן מנהל של המלון חייב ללמוד לדבר עם הלקוחות כדי לתת דוגמה אישית .
גס רוח ובוטה. הרס לנו את ההוויה מהרגע הכניסה למלון עוד לפני שקיבלנו את המפתח. הרים את הקול ודיבר מאוד מאוד לא בנימוס.
לא חושבת שהוא מתאים ליצג את המלון שלכם שהוא 5 כוכבים
צרלי ועצוב לי על השירות שלו.

The maintenance on the hotel is very much neglected
There were a lot of problems in the room
The windows wouldn’t lock which made me afraid to leave anything in the world, there was a bad odor coming from the drains in the bathroom, water, drained, very slowly from the tub and from the sink had to take quick showers so the tub wouldn’t overflow,
Fingerprints all over the mirror and glass surface
They have a serious problem parking I was told by the staff to park at the neighbor hotel, which was very weird to me
No one that works at the hotel says hello goodbye thank you you’re welcome. Have a nice day zero customer service.

- quite older furnished rooms but quite comfy
- on the hotel top awesome view to desert and dead sea area in the evening but view was downgraded and disturbed by broken swimming pool and rubbish. It would be worth rebuilding the top floor again and provide there the second chance for guests to reopen the small swimming pool with bar again

+ Breakfast was very good, despite Pesach constraints
+ Large rooms
- Pool too crowded, and way too noisy (loud music non-stop)
- Lobby night activity too loud -- it bothered to sleep in the evening
- Parking lot too small and too full.
- Access to Dead Sea beach by a 3-floor outdoor staircase (and not direct on sand: you have to cross a roundabout).
- Check-out is expected at 11am sharp: the magnetic key card is automatically DEACTIVATED at 11:00, even with you outside and all your stuff inside. This is totally unheard of. I complained, the Direction said they will take my comment into account for the future guests... To be continued!

Front desk and housekeeping staff were great.

Locked gate between outdoor pool area as outdoor saltwater pool. Flimsy pool towels. Pool and spa close too early. Smoking at the outdoor pool area was annoying.

Food and Dining Room staff excellent. Fridge and Kettle in the room with good selection of Teas and Coffee along with Fruit and a bottle of wine, Large outside area around pool well supplied with sun beds.
To say Executive Lounge Access rather overstates the position as the Lounge is only open on Fridays and Saturdays and on those days only from 13,00 to 18,00,

The location and food was really good. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable.
The shower curtains in the bathroom and it would have been nice to have a separate table to enjoy some coffee/tea on Shabbat. There was nothing available in the afternoon.
