Enjoyed hotel for a short stay.

Position was perfect. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, bedding was changed regularly without asking.

Bathroom grouting was terrible and definitely needs refurbishing , bath wasn’t cleaned regularly. Need more choice for vegetarians in restaurant. Felt like a 3 star hotel not 4.

Very good and enjoyable.

Good location and allowed us to plan our stay. Also very close to all public transport services.

As you have stayed there before we were well aware of the hotel and it's accommodation.

Enjoyable and perfect in every way.

Everything from first booking to departure was faultless. From the reception staff to the lovely lady cleaning the room - they could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The views from our balcony were spectacular and the breakfast was first class with a wide ranging choice. Despite such high numbers the dining room was not noisy and felt spacious.

The coffee machine had a lot of choice but maybe some sweeter drinks made even plain coffee taste a little sweet. On our next visit we would choose a lower floor as we like to use stairs and obviously that´s a challenge if you are on a higher floor. We asked for a higher floor without thinking about this and so we were on level 12. The lifts though, are space age, swift, almost silent and very impressive. You don´t feel claustrophic as they are glass bubbles. Extremely impressive!!

Hotel needs updating a key is needed for the fridge . Teabags are awful 😖 so bring your own. Reception looks lovely but rooms definitely need upgrading!!! It was clean 👌 staff lovely

Location,room facilities and staff very friendly and helpful

On the 15th floor and not good with heights so couldn't avail of balcony but that's down to me,ishould have requested a lower ground room but apart from that it was perfect

Hotel staff were excellent even had food waiting for us as we arrived late with no charge

Entertainment was fantastic there was a lady and gentleman playing most nights they were just fabulous didn’t have to move outside the hotel if you didn’t want to

Very good apart from our issue with the air con.

Good size balcony with great views. Great happy hour and Gloria who seemed to run the bar was brilliant.

Old fashioned air con in our room which didn't really cool the room down at all even on lowest setting. Other guests did mention to us that they had a more modern air con system that they were happy with. Not a fan of the tinted glasses on the balcony.

Excellent week in Fuengirola

Excellent location on the front in Los Boliches and a short stroll into the heart of Fuengirola. Clean and tidy. All you need for a week B&B.

Another good stay.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 10years. It's in a perfect position for everything. The buses, trains and taxis are on your doorstep and there are great restaurants and shops there too.

New mattresses are too firm for me, but problem solved with a mattress topper.
