Staff are great, lovely wedding pavilion.

Dated hotel, bed terribly uncomfortable. The warnings everywhere about not consuming your own alcohol.

The food was lovely the staff were friendly

The food was expensive for what you get The bed was small for a double very uncomfortable There was a buzzing noise which came from the meter box above the door this went on the whole time of our stay couldn't sleep due to it

Very disappointed.

It was close to where we needed to be. Staff were lovely.

Hotel is very run down and this is not reflected in the price. There were stains in the carpet, the hairdryer in the room wasn’t working, the drawer when you pulled it out was broken, the trouser press on the wall wasn’t working and had exposed wires as the cover was broken.

Relaxing place to stay

The hotel was very quite and relaxing. The facilities are well maintain and clean. The staff were very good and helpful. WiFi was free and easily accessed. The breakfast was top notch, self-service with many options both hot and cold. Plenty of parking available.

If you did not have transport the location may be difficult to access.

Disappointing

Dinner was great, Beautiful favour, bathroom was excellent size and bed was very comfortable.

Venue could do with and update and being cleaned, dinner system out dated and unnecessary. Breakfast is buffet which has no call to be as freshed cooked food tastes good and would be hotter. Warms are small very warm, need more air in them. Staff get defensive and argumentative when you place and complaint and shout at you when your walking out of the building which is very unprofessional.

Staff were lovely friendly and could hav done enof for us . Food was excellent.comforable and warm hotel.

The only thing I could say was wrong with our room was hair in the bath .

Great value stay

This is a lovely hotel and very good value for money. I had lunch dinner and breakfast and the food was very good. Staff were all very friendly

Bed was uncomfortable mattress was bumpy with noisy springs

The staff are great and very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the bathroom in the room was very nice and modern.

Excellent rooms, great bar with good beer and excellent food, staff were excellent and very friendly

Staff were excellent. I arrived late, after the restaurant had closed, but a staff member was kind enough to ask me whether I’d like something from the kitchen - not from the full menu, but a sandwich option. I gratefully accepted and received an excellent beef sandwich with salad and fries. I though this was service that went above and beyond.

Nothing, all was good or better.

No offer to move room and was not asked how my stay was. Water issue was not fixed.

Friendly staff and location

No Hot water on my first night and on the second it was barely warm. Was told when using sink tap - blue is hot and red is cold !!
