The room was a bit too warm at night, but I understand that there was an unexpected heat wave and the hotel's AC was tuned to heat instead of cooling.

the spa and gym. gym was lacking some equipment for my training.. and spa didn’t get a chance to use. and maybe breakfast could be better, considering the standard of food the chefs produce in the evening.

I had stayed once in a room that was much better than this last one, not sure it was the category or just a newer room - not a fan of having the bathroom shared with the rest of the room. Breakfast was not great but not bad. Restaurant was super crowded for dinner and a few of the dishes were not available at 9pm. Overall it wasn’t bad, but having been before, I was expecting more from the hotel… a bit disappointed.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the nearby Basel-Mulhouse airport but it turned out to be a lovely family run establishment with a great spa and very good restaurant. A free, early morning taxi ride was arranged for our 06:25 flight to Amsterdam. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only able to stay 1 night but would definitely book for a longer stay to explore nearby Basel.

We loved everything!

The hotel arranged a shuttle to pick us up from the Europort airport 3.5 km away so that we could drop off our luggage and explore the town while our room was being prepared. The next morning a shuttle whisked us back to the airport at 5 a.m. for our 7 a.m. flight. A stop for the 604 bus line near the hotel provides easy 12-minute connection to Basel's old town (Schifflaende). We didn't want to stay at an impersonal airport hotel, nor did we want to pay Swiss hotel rates and were pleased to be able to enjoy wandering around Saint-Louis for an afternoon. We didn't have an opportunity to use the spa or enjoy breakfast, but were very satisfied with our accommodations which were very clean and comfortable.

The heart of St. Louis is quite pleasant, but it is a small town surrounded by industrial zones.

Beautiful and spacious rooms with stylish decor, everything looked new and super clean. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. We didn't get to use the spa but that looked nice too. We booked this hotel as an overnight stay to Italy but wouldn't have mind spending a couple of nights.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself but the surrounding neighboorhood isn't the most exciting or lively.
