Dinner was excellent, loved the balcony. Facilities were really nice and surroundings were beautiful. Great location on your way to Fes and to see the monkeys.
Nothing it was a great place to stay to break up the drive from Merzouga

The pool, dinner service, and breakfast service were all amazing. The property is beautiful. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.
It's on the pricey side especially for families. We are 2 kids and 2 adults and had to purchase 2 rooms which is quite expensive.

Food in restaurant was very good! Not busy and staff/servers very friendly.
Lighting in bathroom was poor. Rooms seemed newly fitted but some flooring in our room was coming up. Room was hot and took two days to get air conditioning operating properly.

Lovely pool, comfortable bed and amazing views. Very close to the monkey feeding area
No coffee station in the room, hand towels only.

Been wanting to spend a couple of nights at Palais des Cerisiers for a long time now. Very friendly staff, clean and big rooms, nature all around. Heated pool when it's too cold to swim outside. The fireplace was the highlight of the stay!

Super nice hotel, everything was top notch. Great stay in winter time, the fireplace in the room is a great feature. Room was modern and warm decor. Feel of European mountain chalet for a fraction of the price. The location and surroundings are extremely nice. Staff went above and beyond. Only stayed one night but would be great to stay for a couple of days, enjoy the spa facilities (for which we didn't have time) and just chill.

The hotel was very nice and the room was nice with a mountain view
The air conditioner didn’t perform well at all, and the bed only had a puffy down comforter. Sleeping was difficult when the climate control doesn’t work

I like the nature most. The view is phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nothing to mention.

The location, the style
The place is run down to lack of the maintenance. The patio door handle is almost coming off, the towel rack comes off anytime you take the towel, the shower knob to change from the main shower to the hand piece comes off anytime you try to change from one to the other.
dust almost every where.

Great Location for hikes.

We loved the view of cherry and almond blossoms from our balcony and the fireplace in the room was great as well. The food was exceptional in the restaurant.
It is a little bit far from other restaurants but it's okay. The room felt stuffy and hot with no relief except for opening the balcony door. A/C was weak.

We stayed at Le Palais des Cerisiers while traveling from Fes to Merzouga.
The hotel was great and the service was excellent and very professional.
The staff was welcoming and very helpful.
We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious.
The rooms were huge, clean with a fabulous view from the balcony and had all the needed facilities.
A bit of an old style hotel, no elevator.
None of these was a real problem

Great location for golfing and biking.
The "old" wing is a bit noisy. I suggest booking in the new wing if possible.

The rooms are nice with very nice view. The hotel has nice swimming pool (quite warm in the winter) and nice Hammam. We had to leave very early and the staff prepared us early breakfast Dinner at the hotel was good.
The only thing is that we were 3 adults in the room and the additional bed was very close.

Very Cozy little lodge. Tastefully decorated like an English manor with local the famous Atlas Cedar wood & art craft. The food dining experience was absolutely delightful. The full course dinner menu was heavenly tasty. The apple pie was better than most gourmet pastry sold by landmarks like Le Notre, Chez Paul, etc. So was the home made croissants served in the fabulous breakfast.
This is a great getaway for Canadian expats like me who miss the Eastern Townships and it’s beautiful country Inns.
I would go back in winter when the snow is all over Azrou & Ifrane to try the Berber Spa.
Kudos to the Master Chef & to the local staff.
