Very nice

Excellent service, breakfast and daily cleaning included, room service +friendly owner for all other needs (incl. affordable food delivery). Nice pool area with large pool. Good location.

Manuel is the best host I have ever met. Everything was organized perfect. We were offered with lavish reception and everyday breakfast with fresh bread and rolls. Location of villa outside rush area but with walking distance to nice restaurants. Late check out was not a problem. Swimming pool cleaned everyday.

This heavenly retreat became the backdrop of a magical moment in my life—my proposal to the love of my life—and I owe it all to the exceptional owner, Manuel, who went above and beyond to make our experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The stunning beauty of the surroundings took our breath away as we stepped foot into our exquisite villa. The attention to detail in the design, the luxurious amenities, and the breathtaking views made us feel like we had stepped into a fairytale. But it was Manuel's exceptional kindness and dedication that truly made our stay extraordinary. His thoughtfulness was evident in every aspect of our experience. He anticipated our needs and desires, ensuring that every moment was filled with happiness and romance. From arranging a private candlelit dinner on the beach to surprising us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our special occasion, Manuel's personal touches were beyond compare. The proposal itself was an absolute dream come true. Manuel's expertise and knowledge of the area guided us to the most picturesque spot, where the sun kissed the ocean and the sky painted a canvas of vibrant hues. With his discreet assistance, everything was flawless, from the perfectly timed music to the scattering of rose petals that created an ethereal pathway for my fiancé. The moment she said "yes" will forever be etched in our hearts, and we have Manuel to thank for creating an atmosphere that exceeded our wildest dreams. Fab!!

The property was lovely and kept very clean, great for what we needed! The location is great for families who want to stop in a quiet resort & it is only a short walk from the beach. Couldn’t fault any of the restaurants near by, the food was fab! We were very well looked after and nothing was too much too ask, being able to order breakfast on the app for whenever you liked was brilliant. The bus to Rhodes town is only €4 which is well worth a visit!

wonderful relaxing holiday with all the facilities we needed & more.

we had a brilliant two week holiday at Villa Kalymnos. the Villa has 3 spacious & very comfortable bedrooms 2 modern shower rooms & a very well equipped kitchen it was great to have a private swimming pool & we used it a lot. There were plenty of sun beds & a nice terrace with dining table. Breakfast service was amazing & there was an excellent daily cleaning service. Location is good - bars, restaurants & the beach are within walking distance (15+ minutes) but would recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay

the villa was absolutely fantastic. we had the pleasure of staying in one of the biggest Villas with 4 adults and 5 children. staff was extremely helpful and the villa with all its space and cleanliness was great. we didnt even have a car and could walk to restaurants, beach etc. location is quite and nice.

Perfect from start to finish; a lovely family holiday.

We arrived at 2330 and were met by the owner, in fact the mother of the family, who checked us in. This was swift and straightforward. She advised that her son would come and see us the next day; he arrived as promised, gave us lots of helpful local informations and then offered us a lift to the well stocked local supermarket, and waited for us there. Our villa was spacious and well equipped, with very good air conditioning which was most welcome.. Daily housekeeping and pool maintenance were friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. Breakfast was included and was ordered via QR code on an app, and delivered every morning exactly at the time requested. The app could also be used for ordering Room Service, which we used a few times for dinner. This was great value and the portions were huge. Outside areas were clean and tidy, the pool was perfect and it was as easy to find an area in the shade as it was to find a sunny spot, at all times of the day. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the shutters on the doors were great for keeping the light and heat out. We used the washing machine and dishwasher a lot, these were both very useful. The location of the villas is ideal, on the edge of the village, close enough to bars and restaurants but just far enough for a peaceful undisturbed night’s sleep.

Honestly - we can’t think of anything we didn’t like!

The host met us late on the first evening after organising a taxi transfer, showing us the essentials to the property including the app to order breakfast, room service and other essentials. The breakfast was excellent and a great start to every day. They also helped us with car hire, recommendations of places to go, local restaurants, beaches etc. A genuinely lovely place to stay.

Wifi was a bit slow but a minor point really

Amazing

As soon as we entered the villa, all of our reactions was 'WOW'. It was so much more than we had hoped. It was very clean, extremely well equipped and breakfast was brought to us every morning.The owner and all of his staff, from cleaners to the pool men were friendly and very accommodating. This was the first time that we had brought our boys abroad on holiday (they are 7/14 & 19) and this villa made it amazing..........it will be hard to top in the future and hopefully we will be back.

We had a fantastic staying at 12 villas, it is aperfekt accommodation going a big group or a family. We love the idea with the privacy, the private pool and all the facilities combined with us ordering breakfast and choosing whatever we wanted day by day and the time for the breakfast that was really good. The room service was also great for the days we wanted just stay at the Villa. Manuel was a great host and very fast responding if we had questions about what to do in Rhodos and giving us discount when renting a car, etc. We will definitely come back again and recommend this to our friends!

Excellent service

We have everything in the villa ; each single detail was taken into et account. We have appreciated thé service, thé assistance, thé availability of all each team member. The villa was very wide, enough space for eveyone: thé swimming pool very wide and clean. The kitchen , rooms and toilets are Well equiped. Breakfast was very delicious and various each day. Not disappointed at all ! Thé stay was perfect and Manuel extremely helfpul and aware of all of our needs. If we could provide above 10 we would have done it !! Many thanks for turning our stay in a very confortable experience

Fantastic villa for family vacation

We had amazing stay in 12 Islands Villa. Facility really exceeded our expectations. Villas are equipped in everything you may need during your stay. Houskeeping was cleaning apartment on daily basis, breakfast are really good. You may compose your breakfast, order food/snacks/drinks or even make on-line shopping from local supermarket through their web application - that was super convinient. Swiming pool was fantastic as well. What really makes 12 Island Villas unique is Staff, especially host who really went extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possibloe - told us about Rhodes "must see", where to eat, where are the best beaches. We had our flight delayed and it was absolutely no problem with late check-out.

Perfect villa

Very spacious villa with three big bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice pool and garden to relax. You can choose your breakfast by App and it’s delivered in a basket each morning. Super! Helpful owner. We even had two bikes to use for free.

Excellent

Located close to the beach with many facilities and restaurants around, the place is exactly between Rhodes Town & Lindos and 5/10min away from the best sandy beaches. The staff was amazingly kind to us and even provided us with olive oil and honey from their land. I definitely recommend the Villas for families and group of friends

Wonderfull private villas

We had a fantastic week at 12 Islands Villas. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Kastelorizo, where we stayed. The villa is spacious and very private at the end of the complex with excellent views on all sides. The location on the island is perfect, with great restaurants nearby in the village, and centrally positioned so all the hotspots are within a short drive by car. We especially enjoyed the hotel services: Every day cleaning and a room-service breakfast. You can order whatever you like for the next day and the menu was varied and well executed. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner room-service which where equally enjoyable. Our kids enjoyed the private pool, and we enjoyed the comfortable cabanas. Finally we want to thank Manuel and the team for the excellent service.

Minor things that did not take away any of our enjoyment of the holiday.

The perfect place for amazing holidays

Wonderfull holidays, the place is perfect, quiet, close to the sea and not far from the animated shopping street 😎. From arrival till departure, the staff was really kind, helpfull, friendly and generous. The villa is spacious, well fitted. The pool is just amazing, cleaned every day and the garden is pretty with many flowers. A special thanks to our host, Mr Manolis who personnaly warmely welcome us. He provided us with much information, many recommandations such as places to visit, where and what to eat. In one word our holidays were AWSOME. Thanks for everything, we will come back.

What a wonderful place

The stay at the Villa was perfect. The managers were very attentive and made us feel at home. The Villa was very clean and the breakfast lovely. It was our friend's birthday when we were there and they did all they could to make her day special. We would love to return!

Nice service in good location

Cleaning service and tower, breakfast, reception service was really comfortable and good! It was like 5star hotel service. I was really relaxed in this villa.

Facility(washing machine, Panini maker, bed) are quite old. But I felt it’s miner things. Even though facility is old I liked this concept of villa. Very private and comfortable.
