Booking Reservation was not respected. A different arrangement had to be found with the owner. Not sure Booking rules are followed for Booking reservations on Hotel AV. It is very bad to break trust and change a reservation made a few months before on the same day. Would've given a much different review if the commitment hadn't been broken.

The size, the location (very close to the termal pools), The kitchen, close to all of the village shops etc.

the sofa in the lounge was broken, some bedings needed changing (but were changed quickly).
