Convenient location with a nice view and large room

Great view over the pool and scenery from large balcony. Nice location in a quieter part of Chaweng, no noise from parties or bars but close to some great restaurants (highly recommend Crystal Thai 7 mins walk away) and close to the beautiful Chaweng beach Friendly staff and next door to a huge supermarket. Large room with everything needed, air con, towels, toiletries and comfy bed. Pool area was quiet and nice for a quick relax after a busy day.

The room did have a lot of mosquitos when we arrived, we think the cleaner must've left doors open to let them in so would recommend closing the doors, but we did soon got rid of them. The room does need better cleaning as it was dusty and some refurb as it has stains on the roof from leaking air con. We also had a gecko in our room due to large old air vents that the air con came through. Pool could be open until 7pm as it is a nice place to relax after a busy day in the heat.

Good value

It not luxury in any way but very good value for the money. Always clean, nice and quiet.

If I have to say anything it would be the lack of breakfast but that's not so hard to get yourself

Good no fuss stay and value for money

it’s a no fuss hotel and very good value for money when we stayed. location was good, short walk to the beach. fresh water everyday and cleaner cleaned whenever needed. rooms are large

They need to keep on top of the ant problem a little better. my suitcase ended up full of ants despite no food being there. Pool area isn’t kept clean or tidy with dirty sun beds. the pool seemed fine though.

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good aircon. Big pool. Good balcony view to the pool side.

They charge you more if you walk in directely. That is not very nice. It does not make sense cause they do not need to spend money to booking. Everybody should pay the same. All in all good value for the money. And they offered taxi service to the pier 700. That is too much.

Hotel with outdoor pool

This is a budget hotel with a huge pool not far from Central Samui. There is a shop Super cheep on the corner with big range of products (something alike 711). Big pool. Big rooms. The hotel is a little bit old but the rooms are clean and spacious. They have a lot of space for parking.

I would recommend to fix the outdoor shower near the pool and clean outdoor space with a roof near the pool.

After their rental motorcycles are used, they will use a magnifying glass to look for various problems on the body, and once found, they will propose high compensation! It's no use calling the police, because the police are with them too.

booked after looking at reviews and tbh they get better than they should really , booked and stayed for just over 2 weeks because they had a nice pool and gym and wasn’t too far from the centre but gym was closed , pool was filthy and never cleaned in the whole 2 weeks we stayed and it’s not really central like 15 mins to central chewang

basic property for the price like should be priced more reasonable, reception is so dull and not inviting , pool as I said was absolutely disgusting filthy dirty there was even a dead rat in the filter bit one of the days and the staff couldn’t care less such a lovely pool has such potential

Good value, comfortable hotel with swimming pool

It has everything you need, including fridge, TV, good hot shower, plenty of room for putting belongings, clothes etc, big comfortable bed and very spacious. It has a big swimming pool and is great value. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to Chaweng Beach. It is near markets and some restaurants, as well as a small Tesco and a 7-11. Overall, a very good budget option.

You can hear other people in the corridor as it's echoey.

The room was comfortable and spacy, with all the amenities I needed and a nice view from the balcony.

The only problem we had was not caused by the property itself, but by the COVID-19 situation. Originally we've booked it for 4 nights and paid upfront at the property. The situation has changed rapidly and as we got an earlier flight home, we had to checkout after 1 night. Unfortunately it was (at least according to the staff) impossible to get at least a partial refund for the nights we didn't spend there.

Excellent Value

Excellent value for money ! Cleaning service was very good every day the maid came round and she was very friendly. Good location next to everything. Brilliant little gym and excellent pool!!! Only problem Covid 19 regulations closed everything down after 2 days there no gym or pool but not the hotel fault. Big rooms and nice sized balcony !

Be careful with the shower it can get very hot !!

Near outside food courts, restaurants and convenience store. Very large, comfortable, and clean rooms.

The water from shower was inconsistent. Sometimes cold, sometimes hot. However, not a big problem.
