El aseo

Cambian la reserva que uno hace, en mi caso reserve suite familiar y cambiaron por acomodación múltiple, si nos servía bien y si no podíamos buscar en otro lado (palabras textuales de la recepción) y cobran lo mismo pese a ser falla del hotel. El trato del personal de recepción y cocina es malísimo.

The bed was big and the bathroom was nice and the location felt good.

The staff! Actually the parking was no enough for all guest, so the front desk told me that he will call me to the room at 10PM to move my vehicle, otherwise I had to leave the keys with him. It makes feel unplaced because I was arriving from a 10 hours road trip :(. Also the breakfast has an orange juice very poor orange, was like 90% water 10% orange and the variety was so poor also.

The hotel includes good free breakfast and the staff at the restaurant was very kind and helpful. The hotel offers free parking in site, although it's not very big. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

We were expecting much more for this price. it looks like it was a good hotel but needs maintenance. We had to ask for another set of bed sheets twice as the ones we got and the first replacement were very old and torn (with holes). Also, the mattress wasn't comfortable and seemed to be old. In addition, the hotel was supposed to have hot water but we had to take cold showers both at night and in the morning.
