TV didnt work; swimming pool was out of action; power control by one switch without any info (70s style electrical wiring); window in bathroom can not be closed.

bed was comfy

1. parking is too tight 2. single bed was not made up 3. the pool is dirty and the area surrounding the pool is unkempt 4. smokers area is right beside the pool leaving no place for non smokers to sit and relax, 5. PowerPoint near the bed did not work unless the light switch (needed for the bedside lamps to work) near the door was turned on 6. lampshades for bedside lamps not appropriate as they allow too much glare 7. light switch for the main light is on the opposite wall rather than at the doorway as you enter the room. very confusing 8. no door from main area to the next “little room” causing the light from said little room to glare full on into person “sleeping” in the queen bed. The light switch operates the light in the “little room” and the bathroom/toilet. 9. no handle on the outside of the toilet/shower door 10. this door is a sliding door and also swings in when pushed from the outside ie no way to lock it 11. charged $40 extra per night for my pet who is cleaner than most humans 12. I booked a pet friendly room on booking.com and then had to pay the extra when I checked in 13. room was overpriced ie $225 per night for basic 14. no laundry facilities 15. manager is rude 16. nothing whatsoever appealing about the property 17. I would never ever recommend this property to anyone 18. fridge was set too high with no freezer door and all my food froze and rendered totally inedible and wasted 19. I booked for 2 adults and they assumed we were a couple, nowhere on booking.com did it ask if we were a couple 20. not enough pillows and no staff after 5:00 pm to request extra toilet paper, towels, tea bags, milk, sugar etc. There was no milk and only 4 teabags on arrival

dirty cups -split system didn’t work -fan broken not worth $180 plus a night. Stayed in November when it is hot like sleeping in an oven
