Perfect location for families with children, 10 min from Batumi airport, 5 min to the beach, 10 min to the ancient fortress, 20 min with a local bus to Batumi. Everything is easy to reach with small children. Gonio Cross Hill is also ok to climb with kids.
There are two roads to cross on the way to the beach, drivers are ignoring pedestrians and any rules at all

Lovely guesthouse with great value rooms, wifi, air con, fridge, balcony with sea view. Kids loved the pool and table tennis. Café open all day. Close to beach. The owner Irakli had excellent English and made us very welcome. He even organised (free of charge) a Georgian evening for guests with traditional music, dancing and Georgian wine and numerous toasts which he patiently translated into English for us. Highly recommended
