The staffs is very friendly and willing to help. They are very knowable about the activities and can even help to plan your journey in Val d Gardena. Room is big, mattress is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel location is near Dantecepies cablecar station, and there is buses (357, 358) stop next to the hotel.

The owners were very kind, made us feel welcome and gave very good tips. The location was perfect, directly at a lift, bus stop and near the city center and another lift.

No complaints at all, we would recommend this to everyone.

Wonderful owners, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They went above and beyond when we left something in a taxi and made us wonderful poached eggs for breakfast. Couldn't recommended this place enough and cant wait to return.

Great breakfast. Great accomodations. Great sauna. But the best of all were Margareth and Bruno who let us feel at home. They helped us with hints about the best hikings in the area and told us pretty interesting facts about the History of Val Gardena, their people, their culture. They are parents of three little smiling girls who gave grace and joy to the hotel atmosphere. My wife and I had an amazing and unforgettable stay.
