Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe zum Strand.
Das Haus ist recht günstig.
Innen roch das Haus muffig, den Geruch haben wir dann in den Klamotten und Bettbezügen mit nach Hause genommen. 😕
Die Ausstattung ist alt, verblichen, abgerockt.
Und alles ist mega vollgestellt und gehängt, muss man mögen, überall Staubfänger. Meiner Meinung nach kann man das Haus echt nicht mehr vermieten. Fadenscheinige Gardinen und Badteppiche. Dieses Haus braucht ganz dringend eine Sanierung!
