There was no rea or coffee facilities in the room the TV didn't work. We stayed there 3 nights to room wasn't cleaned. Had to ask for clean towels.

The staff were amazing other guests friendly
The rooms were very small and outdated.the bathroom was tiny the shower door kept falling off and the bed was really old and uncomfortable. When the singers are on it is very loud in the room making it hard to sleep.

we were moved from this hotel to another in the companies sister hotel the sea bank but was okay, could tell when we walked past this hotel it’s been shut for a while
I’m the seabank the hotel was so hot, made it uncomfortable to sleep

very small towels, didn’t go around my 12 year old, room wasn’t the cleanest, spiderwebs hanging from ceiling

Nice and comfi room with sea view. Nice staff . Yummy breakfast and very helpful and lovely staff in dining area.

Bed was comfy and shower was good, apart from that worst place ever.
Room outdated, Bedroom TV was older than my Gran, Prices were ridiculous.

Everything was well kept and clean, and staff where very helpful and friendly. Everything is clearly explained and made for a relaxing weekend away.
