Conveniently located near the airport

The staff was nice, they even arranged my transfer to and from the airport. The hotel was only a few minutes away from the airport and I had a very early flight and that's why I booked it. They arranged my ride to and from the airport. The breakfast was good. Conveniently located near the airport. If you have a long layover or are leaving early in the morning, I would recommend it as they will arrange a reliable transport to and from the airport. Transport from the airport is included and to the airport is an extra charge.

The room was very basic and semi-clean. The bathroom was not heated. It took forever for the hot water to start running in the tub. There was no hot water in the sink. Very odd set up, where you walk through the court yard to the back house and the room is accessed from outside, almost like it was converted from the garage. The property is located on the main road not near anything except the airport.

Great place near the airport with the best stuff ever! Also there's a free transfer from the airport to the guest house. Good breakfast, bus stop near the place. We stayed here twice before our flights. Very pleasant and caring owner. Our second flight was early in the morning before the breakfast but the owner gave us small breakfast to go. Highly recommend!

Had a transit flight through Yerevan, I was met at the airport, the hotel is located 5 min from the airport, the personnel was very polite and hospitable, a perfect place for 1 night

Owner was always in touch

I should call him after arrival! I must about 10 minutes search for a WiFi!!! Driver was unfriendly and dropped our bags in the car. Beds are HORRIBLE!!!! in the room was very hot, but was air-conditioning wir bed direction! Bad was also old, uncomfortable and with marks. And also in the morning I saw an insect... No way!!!

I booked kesabella house because my flight arrived at late night. I don’t want to have any trouble finding taxi or Uber

The place to stay over night in case of long connection between the flights

The location is absolutely good for those who is searching for place to stay over night in case of the long connection between the flights. There is a transfer from the airport, and i requested also the transfer back to airport. There is a Carrefour near by. Very nice Host, speaks english. Very tasty coffee for breakfast.

In my room the shower was not working. The TV too. I tried my Best to find the way to turn it on, but no success🤷‍♀️ I did not like the food for breakfast, but again - the coffee was nice 😊

Good hotel with free shuttle.

Beautiful and picturesque place. Small cozy yard. Very responsive staff. I noticed that people in Armenia are friendly.

Wish there was a kids menu or order delivery. I am traveling with a child for the first time and it was difficult for me to navigate.

A great option for leisure and business trips in Yerevan

Probably the closest guest houses to the airport. Cozy clean rooms and a nice courtyard. Extremely friendly staff, fluent in English. Delicious breakfasts with homemade jams and cute teapots :)

Superb

This property seems to be aimed at people who want to stay one night close to the airport. For that it is excellent and I would recommend: owner is very easy about arrival and departure times, speaks excellent English and accepts many currencies as payment. Room is clean and beds are nice.

Property is next to busy road so there is quite some noise. We did not get a key to the front gate so when going to the supermarket and going back we needed to ring again and wait for the owner to open the gate, is a bit tedious. Shower was rather poor.

I really liked the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. This is what you need if you are flying in just for one night. All on time, without delay. The room is modest and clean. The bed is small, but it was comfortable to sleep.

There is no lunch box for guests who check out before breakfast. I had paid for a room with breakfast, but it was not there and the room rate was not changed.

The hotel is close to the airport and the owner drove us to the airport at 4 am complementary. The atmosphere is cozy and we had a good night of sleep before going to the airport.

We had to move the refrigerator into the toilet because of unbearable smell. It gets hot in the room but there is great aircondition available.

excellent host and hostess … they made us a hot meal as we arrived late in the night … they also sorted out our predicament of booking twin beds and finding it is only single beds …

beds are single beds , not TWIN beds as the Booking.com site described it !

Superb

Location is very much near to Airport. The property owner provides a free shuttle to Airport, which is a big big positive. Property owner has a very great communication skils. Even though i has to stay here for just few hours on an emergency purpose, the stay was quite satisfactory. Thanks Mr. Tor.
