We enjoyed our 3 weeks at Casa Linda. The villa is in a quiet area although close to beaches, 2 good grocery stores and the town of Carvoeiro. The villa was spotless when we arrived and the ladies, who came on a weekly basis to do a light cleaning, were much appreciated. We had a few issues but these were quickly resolved. The property managers and owner were very responsive. The kitchen cupboards and bathrooms could use an upgrade but otherwise everything was as advertised. Loved the pool!

The pool was awesome, the accommodation was very good with spacious and clean rooms - love the doors to the back space from every bedroom. Garden and outdoor space fantastic. Roof furniture would have been useful. In summary - great place to stay.

The villa itself is a lot bigger than it looks on the photo's it has plenty of space for 2 families with a huge pool, roof terrace and 2 great size BBQ's. This was our second trip to the villa and again we weren't disappointed with it. Lot's of outdoor seating and plenty of umbrellas to get in the shade when needed. The air con is a god send, and is in all the rooms! We received a welcome pack on arrival which was greatly appreciated. The only negative I have is with the check in process. We did ask for an earlier check in as we had an early morning flight but we were told this wasn't possible and check in was 3pm but we could leave our luggage on arrival. We arrived at the villa at 11.30am to drop our luggage off and the cleaning lady was there, we explained we were just dropping luggage off but she said she was almost done and we could wait outside by the pool for her to finish off so this was much better than anticipated. On checking out the cleaning lady came at 9am as we had said she was ok to do that, and she started cleaning outside ready for the next arrival, the pool had already been cleaned by 7.30am so I'm not sure why the management company can't agree earlier check ins for people with early morning flights when the cleaning staff are brilliant and have it all ready by dinner time? Overall we had a fantastic time and wouldn't let the check in put us off booking again. The management company came to check on us mid stay to make sure everything was ok as did the owner and the cleaning lady also came mid stay to have a tidy up and change the towels. Carvoeiro is a lovely place to visit and we would highly recommend the boat trip to see the caves from centeannes beach, the staff there are fantastic and we had the added bonus of seeing the dolphins on our trip. The villa is in a great spot very quiet and private but only a 15 minute walk to a few restaurants and shop. I'd say about 25 minutes walk which is a bit hilly to the main beach, so a car isn't necessary if you're ok walking. There is a main Aldi and Apolina supermarket about 10 minutes drive away which we just booked Ubers to get to and from which were relatively cheap. We had a lovely holiday and I would definitely recommend this villa.

Just as lovely as it looks on the pictures. Frank and Linda were always contactable for any (Minor) issues. Frank contacted us on many occasions just to check everything was alright. Wonderful beaches close by, lots of superb restaurants, cute little par 3 golf course in walking distance. The Villa itself was lovely to stay in. Really comfy and plenty of room for a family. The pool is large enough for swimming and very clean. The kitchen has got everything you need to cook any meal. Would highly recommend this stay at this villa in the beautiful algarve, as would the kids!

Our 2nd stay at Casa Linda, as memorable as the first. Everything you need here and within easy distance of beach, uphill on way back (!), short ride into town or Intermarche supermarket. Quiet and restful which is just what we wanted after recent years trials. Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful break.

We had a really great holiday here. The villa is lovely and was spotlessly clean on arrival. It has everything you need and the pool and garden areas were beautiful. Property agents were brilliant. It's a really lovely villa, in a great, quiet area with so much to recommend it. A brilliant stay.

Lovely location, airy villa and good pool but let down by old, tired kitchen equipment and pool furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms need updating and it’s a real shame that there is no good seating on the roof terrace to use in the early evening sun.

The villa was excellent, it's huge and the pool and outside seating areas and BBQs we're brilliant. I can't fault the villa in any way we loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book it again. The Aircon was a huge bonus and this is in all the bedrooms plus lounge and dining room area. There are 2 bedrooms 1 double 1 twin plus a bathroom in one side of the villa then a third bedroom with ensuite in the other side of villa which gave us our own private space and my parents there own private space too. Every bedroom also has patio doors leading out to the pool. There's a great retractable canopy over the main outdoor seating area which provides welcome shade from the hot sun if needed. We we're met at the villa by Liz from the management company who went over and above to help us and make us feel welcome. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Frank whilst there who also went out of his way to help us have a great holiday. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. The pool area and surrounding gardens were spectacular. It was a lovely walk to a stunning beach which was also surrounded by great hiking trails. There was a wonderful beachfront cafe. The house was very clean and we loved the layout. It was perfect for our family of four. The property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay at this villa again and hope to be back.

We had read the good reports and we were not disappointed. The new agents, Geko Property were there to meet us on arrival and explained this beautiful villa to us. My 2 daughters were pleased as they had a bedroom each whilst myself and my wife had the spacious master bedroom. The pool is great. The 2 very minor issues we had were very promptly sorted out by Geko. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Frank, a super guy. We are definitely looking to return again next year and revisit what we missed this time around. Outside the villa the 2 BBQ areas, and 3 verandas are all wonderfully positioned. We had a great holiday - thank you Frank and also Suzanne and Liz.

Great outdoor space, shaded seating spaces along with sun traps. Very clean, nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Roomy. Suzanne and Liz were a pleasure to deal with.

Arrived at the property and we were met by Suzanne from the management company, she explained everything to us about the property. We stayed at the property in total with 5 adults, a teenager and a 4 month old baby. Everything we could wish for was at the property to make our state excellent. The washing machine and the highchair were a god send with the baby in tow. The management company called half way through our holida6 to check that everything was ok and if we wanted our towels changed. The villa is absolutely lovely, plenty of space for all of us and the pool was fantastic and large. The man came to clean the pool on a Tuesday and Friday which was great and we just used the net ourselves to remove petals which had fallen in between. There are plenty of outside eating areas and two bbq s. A lovely roof terrace and you can see right to the sea. The outside grounds of the villa are lovely. The villa is situated a good 25minutes walk from the main town, which we walked on a couple of occasions and then left the men to walk and us girls and baby got a taxi, as it was very hot. There are lots of different places to eat and drink. We ate out most nights in different places and the food was always great. The beach is lovely and there is a stage in front of it where they have live music etc going on. We also went to the smaller beach which is a 15 minute walk and some of our party went on the kayaks to the caves. There are some small supermarkets in Carvoeiro town which we picked a few things up from but we just got a taxi to the larger ones and stocked up, Intermarche, Jumbo and a new Aldi are a short taxi drive away. This is our second trip to Carvoeiro and we love it, it was so peaceful at Linda and Franks villa but within easy reach of the town. We had the pleasure of meeting Frank as he brought a new outside chair as one got broke unfortunately. It would be good to hire a car to explore the area more but we didn’t because of the extra expense. All in all we had a fantastic time at the villa and we are already talking about returning. We thoughrouly enjoyed our 2 week stay spending most of the days in and around the pool. Although we had a car we often walked into the town during the evening (Around 20 mins) and got an Uber back (€4 - €5). We arrived later than expected, around midnight but were warmly greeted by the excellent Gecko management team. It was a pleasure to meet Frank our host and send him and Linda our kindest regards. Both Carvoeiro and Casa Linda are highly recommended.

From start to finish my family and i had a wonderful stay at Casa Linda. It has everything you could ever need for a relaxing break away. Situated in a quiet part of town but still close enough to enjoy all the amenities and restaurants on offer. The pool is a fantastic size and very private. The only slight niggle we had, was we thought we should have had a mid holiday clean of the villa. All we had were the bedding and towels changed. No floors or bathrooms cleaned. We were left a duvet cover for a sheet and our beach towels were not replaced. I would not mark my overall score down for this as it doesn't detract from how good the villa is.

Stayed in the charming villa for a week in July 2019. We visited as a family of 5 and the villa was adequate in size - in fact the pool was a big hit...!! The town itself is really quaint, lots of beautiful villas as well as a local shop and a handful of restaurants within walking distance. We however hired a car which I would say is essential to explore the local surroundings and to get to the local supermarket (5 mins drive - too far to walk). Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would like to thank Frank and Linda for letting us stay in their beautiful home. If I could offer any feedback it would be have a bottle of water stocked in the fridge for arriving guests as our flight was delayed and didn’t arrive until nearly midnight so was unable to obtain any water until we found a shop the next day - we left some essentials for the next guests so they’re not caught short - however, this is my only little gripe - everything was wonderful.

Loved our stay, nice resort and great restaurant just around the corner with other bars and restaurants, plus the beach about 20 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend and will return one day!

A great spacious villa - comfortable, clean and tidy. We didn’t venture very far during the day as we enjoyed relaxing by the lovely large pool! Lovely quiet location but walkable (15/20 mins) to the local town which has many good restaurants and bars. We had a fantastic time!

Six of us have just returned from staying in this villa and it was a great week. The cleanliness and overall condition of the property were very good. The management company ‘Benagil Property Management’ that is staffed by Kim & Flores were tricky to deal with. They were not at the property to meet us, which caused an issue as the driveway gates were locked with the key safe by the front door! After a call and a wait of approx 20-30 minutes Kim arrived and let us in. We had a few other issues dealing with them throughout the week but nothing that Frank (who was really very helpful and extremely friendly) wasn’t able to sort out for us. We would definitely return but would be more considered in how we dealt with the property managers.

Great size for 6 adults to have their own private space, good facilities and great pool and gardens. Perhaps a little further out of town than advertised, but a good location.

The villa was excellently presented on arrival and was more than expected from the brochure. Lots of space and perfectly set up up for a family summer holiday. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!
