The design is like a castle. and I like lights and windows. It was comfortable.

there was no water for toiletes. I hate use toilette papers. I prefer to wash myself. so I had to take a shower after using the toilette.

The painting room is in the shape of an old castle and a large bed and open space inside the room. The cooperation and assistance of the hotel staff is excellent. The staff were very friendly. Though they did not speak English. They spoke Russian though, which my wife did, so it worked out. The rooms aren't especially clean. I saw several silverfish crawling about and the noise from the street was constant.

Constant noise, gurgling from the pipes in the walls, the hotel is not sound proof. I'm fairly certain my wife was heard must nights if you catch my meaning. You will hear cars all the time because the hotel is right next to the road. The jacuzzi can't actually fill up and so we never got to actually use it.

The room space was too large. The hotel building is beautiful.

It is not in the range of a 4 star hotel. Staff don't speak English at all. room service. Bed tools a little old.

The building is very old, room was clear but the sofa and bed were not convenient, breakfast was not satisfying, location isn't suitable for whom travel without car, because the location is near the road the room is noisy whole the day.

The atmosphere of the place was nice, interesting decor. The bathtub seemed exciting...

We didn't have hot water at first and our room smelled of cigarets. The bathroom tiles were falling apart. The room could have been cleaner.

big room, very big room and nice warm, nice pools, friendly staff, breakfast brought to the room.

Bed, huge bath in the bathroom, huge room with medieval elements. There is also a pool free for one hour or you can book sauna.

The floor was totally dirty, I wasted two pair of socks there. Staff doesn't speak english at all. Location is off, there are no windows you can open, hotel is near main road.

Was a good value . Room was clean and neat . Room size was surprisingly large. The receptionist Andranik was very friendly and helpful.

During my stay at your hotel, 8 nights, very bad Housekeeping Services ,only garbage and dirty dishes were left under make up room . No chang for soup and shampoo .The sheets were changed only once in 8 days at my request. The toilet and bathroom was never cleaned . They even forgot to fill up the toilet paper. The bath water was cold The pool water was cold and unusable and we had to pay extra for the sauna. The quality of breakfast was very low and the bread was always old Intrnet access :We did not have Wi-Fi in the room for the last two days Housekeeper behaves no good No mini bar in room .

All Receptionists were nice and pleasant.

During the week we were there just one day changed the towels and shampoos, we bought all for ourselves ..cleaner didn't clean bathroom at all and no mopping nothing I asked several times before go out but when I came back they forgot.
