Partybesuch in Aachen

Sehr nett gemachtes und leckeres Frühstück. Die Bettwäsche war auch sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal und alle Angestellten. Für eine Nacht absolut gängig.

Ein Tresor ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch liegt dieser einfach im Schrank auf dem Boden. War in dem Raum unserer Freundin auch so. Bei Einzug lag im Raum ein. Ziemlich fieser Geruch von Parfüm oder Raumspray. Unser Raum hatte zwar Vorhänge, jedoch nur aus Leder oder kunstleder, dass kein Sonnenlicht durchgelassen hat. Das allerwichtigste, was in diesem Raum jedoch das schlimmste war, waren die Matratzen. Die waren so durchgelegen, dass ich morgens mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht bin. 15 € pro Übernachtung. Für einen Parkplatz finde ich preislich überzogen. Ein Parkplatz sollte in diesem Einzugsgebiet Service sein.

Acogedora estancia

Hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor con habitaciones con todo lo necesario y bastante espacio y muy limpias. El desayuno bastante completo también por el precio que tiene. El personal muy amable. Y aunque esta un poco apartado del centro, son 20 minutos paseando.

Las camas y almohadas un poco blandas para mi gusto.

Schönes Sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück war frisch und man hatte eine große Auswahl.

Leider gab es beim Frühstück kein Cappuccino zur Auswahl.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel für einen Zwischenstop

Das Hotel war super für die Durchreise, nahe an der Autobahn. Das Bad war sehr schön und es gab sogar einen Wasserkocher und Tee/Kaffee. Frühstück war im Preis enthalten, was sehr schön war.

Unser Zimmer war unter dem Dach, was an sich nicht schlimm ist. Durch die Dachschräge war es aber für eine Person ungünstig, aus dem Bett zu kommen.

Stinkendes Zimmer, Kaputtes Bett, Dreckige Matratze, nicht an Vereinbarungen gehalten

Als wir ankamen und unser Zimmer betraten, kam uns ein übler Zigarettengeruch entgegen. Wir haben erstmal das Fenster geöffnet und gehofft es zieht ab, tat es aber nicht. Wir machen dem Hotel keinen Vorwurf, dass ein rücksichtsloser Gast vorher geraucht hat, aber das hätte man schon beim Reinigen merken müssen. Egal, wir sind zur Rezeption und haben auf den Mangel hingewiesen, uns wurde das Zimmer gegenüber angeboten, wir haben es uns angeschaut. es war zwar kleiner als das vorherige aber hat wenigstens nicht gestunken und haben es daher akzeptiert. Die erste Nacht war leider auf der einen Bettseite nicht sehr erholsam und Rückenschmerzen waren die Folge. Auf der Suche nach der Ursache haben wir festgestellt, dass das Bett auf der einen Seite, mehrere Bretter aus dem Lattenrost fehlten und die Matratze durchhing. Als wir die Matratze hoch gehoben haben sahen wir dann einen großen braunen Fleck auf der selbigen was uns ziemlich anekelte. Wir haben darauf hin beschlossen, hier nicht noch 2 weitere Nächte verbringen zu wollen und sind erneut zu Rezeption um die Mängel anzugeben. Uns wurde erneut ein weiteres Zimmer angeboten, was wir aber ablehnten da wir nicht erneut umziehen wollten und keine neuen Überraschungen finden wollten. Wir haben mit der Rezeption vereinbart, dass uns eine Nacht erlassen wird, und das über Booking erstattet wird nach der Freigabe des Hotels sofern etwaige Gebühren von uns getragen werden. Weiterhin wurden uns die Parkgebühren erlassen. Auch nach mehrmaligen Anfragen über Booking an die Unterkunft und nun auch durch mich hat die Unterkunft noch immer nicht ihren Teil der Abmachung erfüllt. Mein Geld habe ich immer noch nicht wieder. Ich finde es kann immer mal vorkommen dass Sachen schiefgehen, die Frage ist halt immer wie man damit umgeht und diese Unterkunft hat uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr enttäuscht und wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen und Unterkünfte nicht mehr im Voraus bezahlen.

Was ok for a short stop over

Room was ok. Had a quick one night stay. Hotel meet my expectations. Breakfast was good.

Avoid ground floor rooms.

Easy to find next to a petrol station. Clean room. Comfortable bed. OK breakfast. Friendly reception staff.

Busy location where you need to keep window closed at all times due to traffic passing. Avoid ground floor rooms on service corridor next to noisy breakfast room. Also noise from night access door slamming late. Definitely avoid room 04, which has obscure glass in window so no view at all and was claustrophobic. Parking behind the hotel got full up quickly despite paying for a space.

I was on a trip to Spain the 27th of September and discovered that the room next to me was "booked" by people from Middle East (Syria maybe), anyway I went to bed at 10pm and realised that my neighboors were having party till more than 6am! Crazy... I went to their room to tell them to be quiet because they were singing and playing loud music. They said sorry but after 10 minutes they started again. I think they were refugees otherwise I don´t understand it. Maybe the hotel is ok but my overnight stay was a nightmare. I could only sleep for 4 hours and that was a success... The responsible for the hotel should take care that the customers can sleep well. Never again.

Superb

Easy to reach from the highway. We had a problem with the key of the room, but quickly solved by the staff. Parking was easy (at 5 euros per night). Breakfast was good even if, due to the Covid restrictions and the small breakfast room, you have to "book" in advance the timing for your breakfast.

The hotel is just next to a gas station, so don't expect a great landscape. You need a 20/30 minutes walk to reach the city center.

Superb

The room was neat and clean. The staff was extremely nice, we even got a room with a balcony even though we didn't order that. Very nice breakfast (not for vegans or lactose intolerant people). Good shower.

It was a bit expensive for a hotel which was outside of the city centre. There were issues with the water in the morning in the rooms.
