It was quiet and had everything necessary for me.
I booked at short notice and had to hang around for a couple of hours before entering the property. There was some confusion about payment. But my experience may not be typical. Stuff happens.

Struttura posta in un palazzo nel centro storico di Taranto,fronte mare. Stanza pulita e accogliente,dotata di tutto il necessario. Staff disponibile e gentile. Buona colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Il palazzo,essendo antico,non è dotato di ascensore, le scale sono un po' strette e i gradini un po' alti. hotel quindi nn accessibile a chi ha problemi motori

Schön renoviertes Stadthaus, direkt am Eingang zur historischen Altstadt gelegen. Es gibt nur 5 Zimmer (auf 3 Ebene, kein Aufzug) und eine tolle Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick auf das Mare piccoli, die auch abends genützt werden kann. Das Frühstück wird jeden Tag liebevoll hergerichtet - es gibt frische Croissants und Kuchen, aber auch Joghurt und Fruchtsäfte. Auch wenn wir den Betreiber nicht persönlich getroffen haben, das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Nur für Leute, die gerne Treppen steigen ;-)

L'orario della colazione ci era stato anticipato alle 7:30 ma solo alle 8:00 sono arrivati i cornetti e la ragazza che se ne occupava.

Ar condicionado dos quartos não funcionou.
Café da manhã não atendeu a expectativa. Marcado para começar 8 da manhã e nesse horário não tinha funcionário para atender . A funcionária responsável pelo café da manhã chegou 8:30. Deixou os hóspedes esperando.
Recepção sem ninguém para o check in. Tivemos que esperar o funcionário chegar de algum lugar. Porém chegamos no horário marcado. Muita escada para subir e descer com malas. O hotel deve avisar que não tem elevador.

The location is great! The room needs to be renovated. The breakfast was poor but the staff was very friendly. Sometimes the location becomes loudly, because there is a fish market right in front of window and a bar bellow.
The wardrobe door was missing, the wallpaper was peeling. Nobody met us for check-in.

the room was spacious, views from the room and the roof top terrace were magnificent. everything was very clean, very quiet area. walking distance to the station and old town. staff were wonderful

The hotel is only a few hundred meters from the center. Nice terrace.
The neighborhood to the west is not really nice. Unfortunately, our room had only a skylight from which you could not look. However, the rooms facing east have a window with a view of the Piazzetta Sant'Egidio.

central location, safe, quiet. The restaurants and shopping are all nearby. Clean room and helpful staff.
the breakfast is underwhelming, wifi is very spotty, the sink (however we try not to splash the water just overflows), The bed for me is just too stiff. Narrow staircase just be careful esp. if you are carrying tour luggage.

Everything. nodern stylish rooms. great large bed. Wifi perfect.
If you stay in room 5 which is top floor,it night g’et a bit noisy in the Morning after 8 am, since it is located next to the breakfast kitchen.

All the area inside the building was very clean and we felt secure.
The size of the room was very small for three people. The stairs going to the room are steep and uneven. It is not fun going up when you have had a little too much to drink.

The location is stunning and so is the view. We loved the relaxing terrace and the wide selection of drinks and fruit. Very functional room, decorated with taste - modern albeit in an ancient, traditional building. The host was also very responsive and nice. Fantastic value for money too.

Very cute apartment located on the edge of the old town beside the new centre, perfect to easily reach whatever you want. The staff were very kind and helpful during the stay and we felt at home. The best part is the sea view, we booked the sea view room but from the terrace on the third floor the view is incredible. Everything very clean and comfortable, we felt completely at home.
There were not enough pillows on the bed & be careful if you have a lot of luggage as there are a lot of stairs!

Bed was hard and it was difficult to navigate the steep stairs with baggage.

The location at the meeting point of the old town and the new one was good. The view from the rooftop terrace was magnificent. The room was modern and comfortable.
For breakfast there are just 3 seats inside, so when there is bad weather and the rooftop terrace can not be used, it can get crowded.
The staircase is narrow and steep and the steps are not equal, so watch out.

External breakfast area had a great view.
Breakfast was well organised and presented by the efficient staff.
As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs with no cases are no problem.
Parking is on the street and, while it is not a major problem, ensure that you check the date on the sign when street cleaning occurs.

After climbing steep staircase with all my luggage to the room I was sweated to ends of my heels. But the interior and a magnificent view from the room window and, particularly from the roof terrace where breakfast was served, was a great reward.
It was pretty difficult to find the site and the phone contact was not immediate.
