Great place to stay just requires a bit of a walk to anywhere

The accommodation was brilliant, and everything else it offered. The host lady was very friendly and helpful. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere so you do have to walk a bit to the main strip but only a minute walk to a beach. You can use the other pool belonging to another hotel on the beach which was great.

The location but it wasn’t a huge issue

The hotel itself is great on it's own, but the people make it exceptional!

We stayed here for two nights before having to fly out from Koh Samui airport to head home again. The hotel was lovely, big bed, big bathroom, good AC. But the thing that really stood out to us was the friendliness of the staff. We had booked a day tour that we had wrongly thought would get back by 5pm, and had left our laundry with a dry cleaning service near the hotel - hoping to pick it up by 6pm. It was only once we were on said tour, that we were told we would not get back till 8pm. Naturally I started to panic that all our clothes would be stranded in Thailand, because we had a plane to catch by 6am the next day and would miss the laundry places opening times! In my worries, I messaged the receptionist to ask if we could pay her to help us collect our laundry. Not only did she agree to help us, she refused to let us pay her even the smallest tip for the help offered! We noticed a lot of the other patrons were also on very good terms with the owners, so it must not just be us, it seems they are just very genuine and lovely people, who's business I would gladly support again.

The pool and location are nice, thia staff is very nice too

The basic room we booked was not as the picture. The bathroom had a bad smell all the time and did look old not as the photos we have seen. When told the french owner he was not very friendly. I think the price do not match the quality of the room they gave us.

The owners are super, super friendly and helpful! you can rent a scooter for 200baht a pay directly with them, plus they help you organize transport etc and are very kind and friendly. only 5min walk to the beach, best koh samui local restaurant omsin right there!

the location in general, very loud and busy street close by, construction works going on which you don’t hear anything about it just makes the location not as pretty but they cannot do anything about it. you need a scooter to go to nicer places on the island

overall nice place but needs to have some work done to bring it back to the standard it once was.

nice location, good powerful shower, comfortable bed with good aircon.. nice, helpful owners, good value for money

bathrooms need updating as very old, pool didn’t work or was very dirty, maybe filter not working but didn’t look like it was suppose to be used. old post say the same so I’m assuming it’s been like that for a while.. I’m sure when it was first painted and new was a very nice resort but everything needs renewing, everything needs painting again and in general the whole property just looked a little run down but I’m sure with some maintenance and new paint would make it a lovely place to stay. probably wouldn’t go back as there’s many resorts for the same money or a bit more that will be in better condition.

nice enough but would be weary to stay again

very close to the beach. nice rooms and a comfortable bed. however, the room walls were paper thin and we were subjected to an unpleasant night while an “adult” party took place in the next room.

the above. the pool was fine but in the shade and close to the other room entrances.

Nice little spot

Great place for us over night. Clean and comfortable.

Just watch if you get the room with the low door frame to the bathroom. Tallies like me can forget to duck sometimes

Close to the beach and a relaxed bit away from the city

The woman working was really nice and helpful, plus the rooms were comfortable with a swimming pool Infront and a beach nearby

OK for the price

The Owner was friendly and went out of his way to help with my early check in.

Unfortunately the Staff were not available for my check in or Check out. My room Was not serviced during my stay and the bathroom was not the cleanest.
