What a gorgeous place to stay with the best breakfast we’ve eaten! Attention to detail is clear and we would be sure to stay here again.
The 20min walk to the north beach and town was pleasant on a dry / sunny day but the hotel can also give you the name of a reasonable taxi company if required.

Every aspect of this place worked well, from the receptionists, Chloe, who is outstanding, to the quality of the room, the food, and the facilities.

Loved the breakfast choice and quality, especially the choice of a bucks fizz each morning. Friendliness of the staff. The garden and seating. Having a bar to buy drinks from.
Nothing significant enough to mention.

Great location, a very short drive from Tenby city centre. The rooms are comfortable and well isolated from noise. The breakfast is great with a buffet and a choice of cooked options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Our room was small but adequate for the two of us for 2 nights. The hotel is a lovely old building full of character. It is a good 20 minute walk into town which is ok on a nice day, not so when it rains but taxis are only £5. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely book again.

Staff was pleasant
Room was a complete let down, not clean, poor bedding, uncomfortable bed and pillows , dirty towels and bath mats.
Not what you expect at £195 per night.

The staff were very friendly and relaxed upon arrival and the staff serving breakfast were lovely too! Room was great! I had a beautiful Thai vegetable curry at the Heywood Hotel next door of the evening, recommended!
I loved the variety of the continental breakfast in the morning! The smoothies were yummy!

Lovely hotel a short walk from Tenby itself. Room was cosy and breakfast was very good.

Location perfect, if the weather wasn't rainy would have been an easy walk into Tenby. Beautiful garden room with everything you need and staff and manager very accomodating making our stay for our first anniversary a lovely weekend break! Would happily come back again
Only thing we can think of is that the television turned on randomly in the middle of the night. Wasn't much of an issue and assume its an issue with the tv itself, had meant to mention it but forgot in light of it being such a trivial issue

Beautiful hotel, immaculate from communal area to our room. Beautiful private grounds with elegant furniture. Tea/coffee with Welsh cakes on arrival. Staff were incredibly friendly, professional and went above and beyond . Breakfast was fantastic, dining room spotless as was everywhere else. Would definitely recommend and return. Quiet, tranquil and perfect stay.
Only thing is and I know it’s probably to do with heat safety but shower was warm but I like a hot shower. But that’s just a personal thing .

We liked that this was a tucked away location within walking distance to the town and seafront. That said, we enjoy walking and this involved several steep hills - something to bear in mind if you prefer everything on your doorstep. The overall atmosphere was warm and staff were exceptional in their welcome throughout our stay. There is a generous and quiet garden at the back which is ideal for reading and relaxing. The lounge and conservatory areas were very comfortable and homely. The bedrooms were a generous size and again, very comfortable.
There was no window in the ensuite and despite keeping the bedroom window open during the night, it was very warm.
